1. I endeavour to pack and ship your order as soon as possible having accessed my storage unit to source your items. This can however not be done on a daily basis so please be patient and I will notify you of when your order has been dispatched. Similarly I will attempt to reply to all communication and queries as soon as possible so if you don't hear from me immediately I will get back to you.

2. All UK & International orders costing below £15 will be sent WITHOUT a tracking number . If you require a tracking number for items less than £15 you can select in the checkout from the drop down menu ''Tracked & Signed Shipping'', which costs a little more for UK and International buyers respectively.

3. Legal Disclaimer & Refund Policy: I will honour every request for a refund, but only a full refund, upon the buyer returning the item in the condition in which it was shipped. I will not negotiate partial refunds.

4. I reserve the right to cancel any orders that have been placed only for the buyer to then ask for a discount.

5. If you need something urgently please message me prior to ordering to ask me when I am shipping next as requests to ship out that very day or the day after an order has been made may not always be possible.

6. Five days are more than enough to complete payment, after that the order will be cancelled by Discogs. If however you need more time then please simply me.

7. I will only provide any requested Photos and Audio Clips for items costing £50 and upwards.

8. I will cover return postage within the UK up to 2nd Class Signed for not 1st Class or Special Delivery.

9. I reserve the right to deny sales to anybody who is rude or abusive.

Regarding : If there is a problem please get in touch before leaving (the Discogs Buyers' Agreement requires that buyers the seller prior to leaving ) and I will do my best to solve it and resolve any issues.

Before shipping orders, items are cleaned and double checked. If I find a mistake in my grading, I will you and let you know. Buyers may return items for a full refund, if they feel grading is inaccurate.

About Grading:

Grading is done both visually & by playing the record. If a record has some light scuffs, mostly from the inner sleeve or light hairlines which do not affect the sound, then it will be graded as NM mentioned CLEARLY in the comments for the buyer to read. Few light marks, dust or finger marks which have no effect on the sound will not be graded as VG+.

Due to the lack of description between NM and VG+, people on Discogs and eBay have been using ''EX'' or ''Excellent''. This means that the record is a bit less than Near Mint, but certainly higher than VG+.

Please also keep in my that it is the responsibility of the buyer to dust & clean the records. Grading-wise: PR - Promo copy, WL - White Label, TP: Test Pressing

All orders above £15 will need to be sent with Tracked & Signed Delivery to avoid situations & problems with damaged & lost parcels. If you do not want this, I can ship normally but please keep in mind that this is 100% your responsibility and risk.

All prices include a little extra amount for packing, handling, mailers, stiffeners and other charges.

If items are damaged this is down to the Post Office and therefore items have been damaged in transit.
