all items are honestly & carefully visually graded, we try to detail any issues present as best we can. it is impossible for us to play grade every item we sell.
if you have an issue with a grade or an item, please us describing the issue & we can work out an amenable solution.

all LPs are carefully packed in a cardboard mailer (we normally use mighty mailer / whiplash style) with 1-2 cardboard pads.
unless otherwise directed, we always ship used LPs with the record/inner sleeve outside of the jacket, all inside a plastic sleeve for further protection.

CD jewel cases are not graded as they can crack/break in transit & they are easily replaceable.
CD grades are for the underside disc face and liner notes / tray card.

unless otherwise directed, if there is a discrepancy between your discogs mailing address & paypal mailing address, we will ship to your discogs mailing address.

We ship media mail on all domestic orders, if you'd like to priority or another mail service please us before paying your invoice.
Buyer pays full shipping & packing costs.

We are not responsible for shipping delays, we will try our best to get more information from the USPS about any delays that might occur. We will not offer refunds until the package has been returned to us or the package has been officially declared lost after a missing package search has been conducted. We aren't responsible for missing or lost packages.
