Jewel cases are not graded for cassettes or CDs, and flaws will only be mentioned if it is a specialty case.
**If you request the Jewel cases your item will go as small package surface mail, which may take 4-8 weeks for delivery, without jewel cases, I can usually ship as letter mail by air which is much faster.** Depending on the size of the package.

Note: Canada Post is very expensive for tracking. I do not track packages outside of Canada. If you need tracking ask for pricing before creating order.

***I will ship all packages regular mail (surface or air), without tracking and insurance unless specified and paid for by you. It will be at your risk to receive packages by regular mail.
***I make every attempt to grade fairly and ship correctly. If you receive the wrong item, you can return and I will refund once it is received.
***Grading is subjective, and will not refund item disputes on grading. Please ask for pictures if grading is a concern.

***I keep photos to prove condition of item and proof of shipping in case of dispute.
