All international (non-Canada / USA) packages are shipped with a print copy of the Discogs invoice. This includes the full sale value, which is also declared digitally. Please note we will not declare lower values / "mark as gift". WE DO NOT AND WILL NOT FALSIFY CUSTOMS FORMS. Please be aware that any s who us requesting that we falsify customs declarations will be blocked immediately from our store. This also applies to any requesting that we complete transactions outside of the Discogs Marketplace.

Items will be shipped within five business days of receiving cleared Paypal payment. Please note we do not accept alternative payment methods, and we do not trade (swap).

12" (LP) shipments are typically processed via Stallion Express. Please be aware that tracking information may take up to 5 business days to activate. This is normal and not a cause for concern.

Please Canada Post lettermail (CD / 7" / Cassette) shipments are not tracked (hence the cheaper shipping rates).

If you are concerned that your package has not arrived (given the above estimates), please message us on your order page before leaving final ("Will you please rate your recent order"). We will be happy to look into any delay issues, so please us.

We recommend all buyers read the Discogs guidelines on Financial Responsibility before committing to buy. Payment is expected within 4 days of order placement. Lack of payment after 4 days will result in a Non-Paying Buyer strike against your .

Please note we do not accept orders from buyers with less than 50% positive . This does not affect new Discogs ("No "). Our minimum order value is set at CA$9.99.

How we grade

All items are visually inspected under strong lighting. We try to grade conservatively. On some items you may see us mention "EX", or "Excellent". We use this for items which are almost (but not quite) NM, but are definitely better than VG+. We do not use the Mint grade, except for Sealed items (we have to use Mint as there is no "Sealed" grading option available on Discogs). We don't use Mint for sleeves, even if they are perfect. If your sealed vinyl has issues when opened, please us before leaving . We will be happy to work out a solution, but we have no physical way of checking the condition of sealed vinyl.

When we list a 7" (45RPM) sleeve as "Generic", it will include a plain unbranded paper sleeve (unless otherwise noted in our description). We do have a large collection of original company sleeves also, so if you would like us to find a matching sleeve for your vinyl please let us know.

You may see us use the term PVC burn (also known as "off-gassing") in listings. It typically occurs after vinyl is stored in clear PVC outer sleeves, and results in a "cloudy" appearance. Please note the sound quality of affected items may be diminished.

"Sweat marks" are a similar phenomenon, but the sound quality is typically not affected.

CDs are only graded NM if they are completely free of marks (virtually "Mint"). EX is used for CDs that may have one or two very minor marks.

The shrinkwrap on sealed items (plus generic CD / Cassette plastic cases) are not taken into with our grading.

Due to the quantity of items that we list, we do not usually playtest. A short playtest may be requested for high value items.

Returns & refunds

If you are unhappy in any way with your item, you can ship it back to us for a refund. All we ask is that you ship it back to us as you received it. Refunds will be granted upon receipt of the returned item, and will entail the sale value of the item. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
