Extra insurance for valuable records:

In some countries the postal service is very slow and unreliable. Especially the BRAZILIAN postal service seems to be very unreliable. It is not unusual that the delivery time is a few weeks. Even ed letters are getting lost in the mail sometimes. Regular ed letters up to 1kg are only insurred against loss and theft for up to 30€. If you buy more valuable records I highly recommend extra insurance. Extra insurance up to the value of 100€ is 3€, up to 200€ it is 6€.

Tracking, packaging, handling time, grading, damaged parcels:

Tracking: The shipments can be tracked with the provided shipping ID.

All records will be shipped ed.
Exceptions: low value items (<15€) can be shipped uned on request at your own risk for 2,50€ less. If you want to have the records shipped uned, you must pay with the paypal friends option. Regular paypal payment requires ed shipping!

Packaging: I'll send all vinyl records outside of the sleeve to prevent seam split on the covers during transportation. I use special heavy duty cardboard mailers with stiffeners to provide the most secure protection for the records.
If you want to have the records shipped inside the sleeve, drop me a line.

Handling time: All orders will be processed within 24 hours during the working week after the payment has been received.
Orders made on the weekend will be processed on monday.
Most of the time orders will be shipped the very same day, the payment has been made.

Grading: I’m an experienced seller and all my records are graded to the best of my knowledge and belief. If you're not happy with the grading of a record, please me to solve the issue before leaving negative .

Damaged parcels:

The parcel is insured against damage!
Important:
If the damage is obvious on receipt, don’t accept the parcel from the postman or at least let the postman document the damage.
If you just notice the damage after opening the parcel, report the damage immediately to your local post office to document the damage, please.
Otherwise the unsurance won’t pay for it.
