📦 Shipping
Orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment. Items are securely packed in high-quality vinyl mailers. Detailed condition photos are taken before shipment for quality control and insurance purposes.

🔁 Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, a 10% restocking fee applies. For orders within Canada and the USA, we will provide a prepaid return label.
For orders from other countries, buyers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping. Please us before returning any item.

📉 Return Costs
All shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. If return shipping exceeds the value of the item, we may decline the return.

🚫 Condition Issues & Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos so we can file an insurance claim.
• Broken items will be fully refunded.
• Partially damaged items may be refunded based on market value.
