P - poor - LP is destroyed, cracked, or warped, maybe you want the sleeve, hang it on the wall, or make a coaster out of it
F - fair - not in good shape, might play okay but overall will have noise and be a starter copy until you find an upgrade
G - good - worn but plays, some marks and scratches and background noise but it works
G+ - good plus - glossy, a bit worn but plays good, weak VG generally, marks but glossy
VG - very good - glossy with light hairlines, good shape overall
VG+ - very good plus - very glossy, maybe a faint hairline or two, and not played much to even EX/NM
M - mint - rarely used, but it is a sealed album, its never been played, its assumed brand new
sleeve grading
P - poor -radio station paper on front/back, large rips, missing chunks out of sleeve, heavily heavily worn
F - fair - radio paper paper on front/back, small rips, has tape, paper, writing, heavy wear but still presentable
G+ - good plus - tape, paper, writing, moderate wear on edges or creasing, small tears
VG - very good - nice shape overall, light storage/ring/edge wear
VG+ very good plus - very nice shape, faintest storage/edge wear to EX shape
