0) We do not give partial refunds. We will pay to have mistakes sent back to us.
1) Buyer pays shipping. Only shipping US, please do not ask. If you are in Hawaii or Alaska YOU MUST select the priority mail shipping option. You order will be cancelled otherwise. HANDLING TIME currently take up to 6 Business days regardless of priority or media mail. If you need your record(s) sooner, especially during the holidays, YOU MUST SELECT the Priority Mail Option to cut down on shipping time; though handling time remains the same. Your record will be queued up and shipped within 1-6 business days and take up to two weeks with media mail otherwise.
3) We DO NOT have time to provide pictures of inexpensive "economy" type items - typically will only do so on items over $50 even then, response will be slow as we have a brick and mortar with only 2 individuals running the whole online and physical retail operation.
4) We DO NOT encourage you to order items that are under VG+ IF you are an audiophile - sorry, we offer expert VISUAL GRADING in our record store and use very specific descriptions (see our rating).
5) Matrix numbers are NOT our strong suit and we encourage you NOT TO ORDER if you expect a specific matrix number for a very common release: example ) Beatles White or Alan Parsons Eye in the Sky album .. specific matrix number. (We go off of the label and cover and compare it to the release - have had a ton of experience doing so over the years and 90 percent of the time it is right.)
6) We RESERVE THE RIGHT TO BLOCK future transactions if we feel that our were abused in any way.
7) We are record collectors and SHIP ALL ITEMS WITH CARE and OUTSIDE OF THE COVER! Are professional and this is our JOB we take pride in it.
8) We GRADE VISUALLY ONLY unless otherwise stated
9) If a printed inner sleeve, poster or other insert/swag is not explicitly stated to be included IT SHOULD BE ASSUMED THAT IT IS NOT.
