WEEKEND COMMUNICATION
Please understand that I might not react to messages or process orders on weekends as I spent time with the family or travel. I'll get back to you on monday :)

The German post has changed the max sizes for packages and I cannot ship 12“ records with them anymore. To be able to offer competitive shipping rates I am forced to ship a bunch of packages to a hub of the dutch post now. Items are not fully trackable until they reach this hub (sometimes it takes 3-4 days). Please be aware that I am SHIPPING ONCE OR TWICE A WEEK only - mostly tuesdays and/or fridays. SO in the worst case (you order on friday and I just came from the post) it sometimes takes 5-6 days for a a record to leave this house. Please let me know if this should be a problem and I can check out other methods of shipment with DHL or UPS that might require extra payment.

GRADING
There is no EX in my grading book. LPs are graded visually first. If I find something like feelable hairlines and light scratches I playcheck the records. Sometimes I do this with superficial scuffs (A SCUFF IS NOT FEELABLE!!!!!!) and micro hairlines (almost only visible under strong light only) too.
I DO NOT PLAYCHECK EVERY RECORD!

AND I ONLY USE MINT FOR SEALED RECORDS and sealed records that I opened for inspection of vinyl colour or flatness.
Records that some people would grade Mint are described as "Vinyl basically mint" or something similar.
If you're picky with conditions, please ask about the condition of an item BEFORE (!!) ordering.
I will take photos and record soundclips if required trying to make the deals as close as possible to buying hand to hand in a shop.
Please understand that it sometimes might take some days to do so.
Please also understand that I do not ofer this service for records under 20.00€.
If you're unhappy with your purchase please let me know asap. We sure can work it out!
Refunds are given for records returned only.

PACKING AND SHIPPING
I'm trying to make the deal as easy as possible.
Usually I ship pretty quick, within 3-5 days after receiving the payment.
Sometimes this doesn't work since I'm on the road or have to care for the family.
If you should expect amazon-like processing please order somewhere else.
It's a one man show over here!

Records are packed in strong cardboard mailers, exceeding the size of a record.
Not these crappy mailers that always allow corner dings
Record are packed in innersleeve separated from the cover.
Additional cardboard stiffeners and bubblewrap will be added as much as total weight allows.
I received records in bad condition due to lousy packing and I don't want that this happens to you : )

I also received records back in totally different condition than I've sold and send them.
That's why my records have almost invisible marks so they can be easily recognized.
If someone sends me something back that did not come from me, that someone will hear from my advocate.

PAYMENT
is to be done within 5 days. If you can't pay within that period, please don't order!
Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after 5 days.
