Records are mailed in record mailers with cardboard inserts and fragile stickers. We do everything we can to try to prevent damage from shipping. Because of the extra care taken when packing orders, we are not responsible for damage that can infrequently occur during shipping.

RETURN POLICY: Returns are only accepted for items that are defective or the wrong item was sent. We do not offer returns if you buy the wrong item, e.g. you buy a CD and thought it was a record, or you decide you don't want the item. We do not offer partial or full refunds on unreturned items.
