Shipping-prices are calulated automatically by Discogs since november 1st 2020. Be wise, before paying, check if it is calculated correctly!!!
Vinyl small or vinyl large are different in shippingcosts!!!
I am pretty sure, that there are always exceptions to the rules, so pls us before making the automatic payment, just to check if all is right.
Payments are worldwide through Paypal, but for Dutch customers bankpayments are possible as well.

minimum order is € 10 excluding shippingcosts!
Orders above € 150 in the Netherlands are shipped free of shippingcosts.

We ship to the address provided by Discogs, so make sure it is correct!
Correctly addressed parcels that end up being shipped back to us for whatever reason will only be shipped again after buyer pays shipping-costs again.

We always ship a.s.a.p. sometimes this can take a little longer, in the weekend for instance or around (bank)holidays, or due to busy days. We do our best to keep you informed at all times.

We all make mistakes and we're the first ones to acknowledge that.
So please, before you decide to start ranting and raving in the section or start a Paypal dispute, please us first.
We're reasonable people and our main objective is to satisfy you, the customer. If there's any problem, us and we'll work things out.

Please note that shipping up to 6 records (12”s or lp’s) is the same price as shipping 1 record.

2xLP = DOUBLE ALBUM (counts as 2 records)
3xLP = TRIPLE ALBUM (counts as 3 records), etc.
Three 7'' singles count as one 12'' record, usually 100 grams each.
Three CD's count as about one 12" record, usually 100 grams each. MAXIMUM amount is about 17 CDs in one 2 kilo parcel.
Two 10" maxis count as one 12" record.

Q: I want an audio sample - can you send it to me?
A: For 99.9% of the records we have, the answer is no. But for really rare and expensive records (priced higher than € 75), that are not immediately available on many other places, we DO occasionally make an exception.
We don't send full songs though (only to check audio and identify tracks), so please don't ask us to send complete rips, as that is illegal!

All items will be sent by Dutch PostNL. Postage NOT included in the sales price of the items.
DPD is possible, but only on request and in the Western part of Europe.
Undeliverable packages which get returned to us, can be shipped again, but shipping-costs are for the buyer!
Grading done visually, not by playing all of the records.
We DON’T grade jewelcases!
