WEIGHT:
I will not accept orders outside the EU that are heavier than 2KG because shipping would be way too expensive.
I only ship in bulk (usually 1-2 times a week*) and that means max 2KG per package
Within the EU I can also send larger packages over 2KG - this shipping is then done with Hermes.
TRACKING:
is NOT automatically included in the postage cost since I can only ship bulk mails!
Track and trace is an additional service from the Austrian Post and they charge:
€4,- (not signed by the recipient)
€5,- (signed by the recipient)
SO PLEASE INDICATE THIS WHEN ORDERING!!!
Larger parcels are sent within the EU with Hermes and tracking is included!
Please DON‘T order CDs and vinyl together.
I always have to ship 2 packages to avoid damage to the vinyls and that’s way more expensive!
Just ask before you pay the AI generated invoice which comes promptly from Discogs!
