We aim to deliver the best possible buying experience and service available, However, if for any reason your parcel is delayed or does not arrive in what you regard as an acceptable time period, please us immediately. Missing or delayed parcels are not uncommon and can usually be attributed to human error on the part of a delivery worker - "NO ATTEMPTED DELIVERY CARD OR PICKUP NOTICE". When you us, we will request you visit your local postal delivery depot and ask for any 12" inch cardboard record mailers or cardboard boxes held there for your address. This process is not uncommon and 9 times out of 10 the parcel is recovered at the depot, if the visit is not successful, we thank you for your patience and professional attitude while we submit a "LOST POST" claim with the postal company - this process cannot begin until 15 days have ed in the UK or 30 days Internationally, from the date the parcel was posted.

We will do everything possible to locate your lost parcel or, recover costs and refund you in full when we have been compensated from the postal company.
