if you have any special instructions for the delivery driver (ie safe drop off point, leave with neighbour etc) please let me know so I can pop it on the parcel

we've managed to get find a new shipper which has bought the postage costs down but we only ship twice a week now. a thursday and a monday as from 11/10/23

Cancelling orders:
PayPal do not refund any charges when an order is cancelled . so if you do cancel an order once payment is processed I won't be able to refund the PayPal charges .

Returns:
was do make mistakes , nobody is perfect .On the rare occasion that a return is required buyers must use PayPal 'Return shipping on us' offer to cover the cost of returning the item.

Damages:
we do our best to make sure all orders are well packed but sometimes records do get damaged. in the unlikely event of this happening drop us a message and we will seat a claim on your behalf with the local postal service (who are very good). just keep the packing and recording we'll sort out the rest.

Negative :
we have had 2 negative recently from the same buyer https://discogs.sitiosdesbloqueados.info//Rusanka-vinylomanka . this buyer is a scam artist and has tried the same trick of trying to deceive at least 8 other sellers on here so please ignore these 2 negatives which are the first i've hd for 6 years and 10,000 orders since the last one i had

Shipping to Russia.
Due to being scammed several times it is with regret that all orders to Russia must now be sent via signed delivery, unless of course the buyer is a regular customer. Sorry about this but this is happening too often now .

Generic covers;
i've had a few issues with the term "generic" cover. Please note this will mean the vinyl will be a plain white paper cover not the original one or a card cover .
