This is a small records shop with humans working on it, not robots.
Since we have a shop It can happen that some récord may be sold in the shop but still listed. We try to keep the catalogue updated but sometimes It takes two days.
Records are as they listed but there can be some dust from the storage sometimes.
Depending on the shipping company the package can be delivered in a pick Up point. Generally they deliver them at the adress of the buyer but sometime to some near point location.
We try to do our best.
We send the records normally every tuesday but sometimes also fridays, so depend which day you make an order it may take up to maximum 6 days for us to send it.
If you make an order & payment it may take Up to 5 days maximum for us to change the status of your order, so don't panik, money are safe in paypal and everything is fine.
If there is any kind of problem with the record please us for a solution.
We try to do our job in the best way but sometimes in this vinyl world there are problems and we are happy if you are happy.
If you don't pay the order after 4 days of the reservation your order will be canceled.
WE SEND PACKAGES ALWAYS REGISTRED WITH TRACKING NUMBER.
In case you don't want this way write us in advance.
