**Important Info for EU Based Customers**
If Discogs charges additional Import VAT on your order we will ship your parcel as follows :-
The Discogs IOSS VAT reference will be digitally attached to your parcel info and in most cases pre-advised to the destination customs authority via Royal Mail. We also attach a commercial invoice alongside the customs form showing the Import VAT has been paid. This should avoid any additional charges on delivery.

If you do have any concerns about Import VAT and Customs Duty please us before you place your order and we will do our best to answer any questions.

We ship via Royal Mail Click & Drop and various couriers every day from our Edinburgh based shop from Monday through to Friday except public holidays and would normally hope to dispatch your order within 24 - 48 hours of payment being received. All customs information is pre-advised to the destination country through Royal Mail so parcels will clear customs without issues.

With regard to vinyl packaging we use MusicMax QP2 LP Vinyl Record Mailers for small orders and cardboard boxes or cruciform mailers for larger orders of four or more items. If you have any special requests please let us know.
