Fulfillment Policy:
All orders are shipped to the address on the PayPal transaction page. If you need your order shipped to a different address, then please update this information or seller before payment.

All standard-sized cassette, CDs, and records ship securely in a dedicated box mailer with padding.

All unsealed records are first cleaned with a VPI record cleaning machine, placed in heavy innersleeves, packed outside the jacket, and then secured within a protective plastic outersleeve.

Domestic Shipping Policy:
All domestic orders ship with an online tracking number via USPS Media Mail and is determined by weight.**

Expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail is also available.

Other carriers, e.g., FedEx, UPS, and additional services are available by request.

Seller is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, Buyer is strongly encouraged to add an insured mail service to the shipping.

International Shipping Policy:
International orders ship via Asendia USA with a tracking number or via USPS First Class Package International Service with an online customs label number.

For larger orders, please ask for a quote.

Shipment via USPS Priority Mail International (ed), alternate carriers, e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS), and additional services are available by request.

Seller is NOT responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, Buyer is strongly encouraged to ship their orders with USPS's ed service or Priority Mail International.****

Payment Policy:
Payment must be made within 48 hours of invoicing. If not, then the item may be relisted in the marketplace and the order canceled at Seller's discretion.

Returns Policy:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return the item, please Seller within 30 days of delivery and you may return your order or we will try to find another resolution.

Used items may be returned for a full refund so long as the item is returned in a reasonable condition. Sealed items may be returned for a full refund, but only if the item is returned sealed. Items sold sealed, but have been opened may be returned for a partial refund. Refunds will only be dispensed upon receipt of the returned item.

Miscellaneous Policies:
All items are graded visually under very bright light unless otherwise noted.

Pictures are always available upon request.

Please note: If you have received your tracking number, but it does not show any movement, it is not because your package was not dispatched to the carrier. Unfortunately, the local post office routinely fails to scan packages into the system upon receipt. Please trust that your order is in fact in transit and will update shortly whenever the carrier scans the package.

****** This is because the shipping amount for most orders is automatically calculated based on Discogs' weight estimation for each item. However, some releases also include, for example, cards, gatefold jackets, posters, whereas others do not. As a consequence, the invoiced shipping amount might exceed the actual cost for releases of lesser weight. Therefore, if the invoiced amount exceeded the actual shipping cost, Seller will reimburse Buyer for the difference.
