OUR HOURS: We typically work a normal 5 day week, Monday-Friday, 10:00 to 6:00. We will respond to all e-mails, but typically answers will take 24 hours to arrive. Do not expect a response after hours or during the weekends or holidays.
SHIPPING METHODS: We use USPS for our shipments. Items are shipped either first class mail or media mail. If you would like items shipped priority mail we can provide you a new shipping quote. If you'd like insurance please message us and we'll respond with a quote within 3 business days. Currently, we are not shipping outside the U.S.
***We ship to your Discogs address! If that's different from your PayPal address, we will update the shipping label in PayPal to match your Discogs address. It's the buyer's responsibility to inform us about any discrepancies if the Discogs address isn't correct.
***We reserve the right to cancel any orders immediately when the buyer has no and seems suspicious or scammy.***
SHIPPING PRICES: The cost of shipping a single LP domestically is $6.00 + $1.00 for each additional record added to the order. The cost of shipping a single CD domestically is $6.00 + $1.00 for each additional CD added to the order.
GRADING: Grading is not an exact science; there is an implied gray area. We are listing many items a day and cannot play grade every record, so the majority of our listings are visually graded. As you can see from our , we tend to know what we are doing, but if you have an issue with an item, please stay calm and reach out, and we will take care of you. There will always be varying interpretations of G/VG/VG+/NM, etc, and we are pretty reasonable about it and try to be conservative without being unrealistic. We sell mostly used records and CDs, but some are new and sealed. Understand that when an item is used, it is opened and NOT NEW, but can still be NM/NM. If brand new is what you are after, please make sure you are buying a new, sealed item before purchasing.
PICTURES: We prefer not to have to take the time to send photographs of our items; Discogs is not Ebay and is not set up for photographs of every listing. It's best to just trust the seller and know that if there's an issue, we will take care of it. Exceptions can be made for expensive or damaged items, of course.
