VINYL KANDI Is run by myself "Dan" (AKA DJ Dan James) Im a DJ and collector of Electronic dance music from the past and present on vinyl. I have a ion for music on vinyl, there is nothing better than the sound and holding a physical copy. I mainly collect trance, house and techno, trance being my ultimate choice in music and collecting.
I collect for my personal vinyl collection and DJ use, I sell unwanted or vinyl records that I don't like or have space for and give them a new home to someone that does like them. What I sell then goes back into buying stuff for my much loved vinyl collection, someone's unwanted music is someone else's magic for there collection.
Please note this isn't a physical record shop, but I only sell vinyl records on Discog to my vinyl hobby and ion for music, I am randomly updating my vinyl stock that I have for sale, so please keep a look out.

VINYL ORDERS.
All Orders made need to be Paid within 4 DAYS of placing the order, or this will lead to order being cancelled and negative being left. Once payment is made, vinyl record(s) will then be quality checked, packed and then shipped. I only will be doing shipping once a week, but I will do my best to get weekly orders out. I am a one man band so. not a commercial store.

OUR GRADING.
All vinyl records I sell are visual graded and checked where possible, we normally only sell vinyl’s from very good+ to mint. Most of the time we will state the condition were possible. Sometime mistakes in grading can happen. We are human.
MINT (M): Vinyl should Perfect. Never been played, Sometimes sealed, New stock direct from the record distributor, Sleeve should be spotless.
NEAR MINT (NM): A nearly perfect vinyl, Been played couple of times, might have extremely minor scuffs from removal of vinyl from its sleeve, Plays perfectly, Sleeve may have very light storage wear or minimal marks only.
VERY GOOD + (VG+): The vinyl will show some signs of wear, Slight scuffs or light scratching that doesn't effect play, May have extremely light pop or crackles on quite parts, Sleeve may have slight edge splits and ware, light pen use, stickers & light creasing.
VERY GOOD (VG): Surface noise will be more likely upon playing especially in soft ages and intro, breakdowns, but will not overpower the music, Multiple scuffs or scratches that will not effect play, May have small writing on label or sleeve. Sleeve may have tape repair, seem splits, creases, stickers & discoloration and ware.

Vinyl records will be sent to the address linked to your Discog only, if you require a different address, please message us soon as possible. failure to do this will result in no refunds being given, so please double check your postal address. If we make a mistake in the address then please get in , we will help sort/
As I am working sometimes away or long days, I will only be posting out on weekends, but if free in the week I will aim to get out also. I try to do this quickly and have no complaints. waiting for a vinyl is a lovely thing.

We will see if we can sort out for you, this is valued up to 2 days from being delivered, All or any vinyl record(s) that are sent back to us, it will be at the cost of the buyer, unless stated. Any custom charges the buyer will be responsible for the costs, unless stated once again by myself.

REFUNDS POLICY.
Full refunds are only given once the item(s) you have purchased have been returned to us. If there is a small error we will offer a part refund or sort wil you the seller, this solves most issues. If your item is damaged in the post, please us soon as possible and you will need you to email us some photos of the damage and the package and evidence. You will need to email us on request. We will then open a claim with the delivery company and a claim investigation would take place. some cases refunds can be issued sooner or sometimes can be delayed if more complexed.
