●SHIPPING POLICY
[[Standard]] - Tracked Airmail (up to 2kg): with Tracking, No insurance.
Asia: 9 days to 20 days / Oceania: 14 days to 18 days / North America: 10 to 20 days / Europe: 5 days to 21 days
-- Please note: While Standard Airmail includes tracking, it does not include insurance.
However, we will do our best to assist you if any issues arise during shipping.

[[Express]] - EMS: Includes tracking and insurance (with indemnity based on the actual damage amount).
Asia: in about 5 days / Oceania: in about 10 days / North America: about 8 days to 2 weeks / Europe: 1 to 2 weeks

Shipping will be made within 3 business days of receipt of payment.

- We pack all items with care using air cushions and sturdy cardboard, then seal them in a waterproof poly bag for extra protection.

- All vinyl records and CDs are cleaned and come in new anti-static inner sleeves and clear outer sleeves (for LPs).

●COMBINED SHIPPING
We combine shipping for multiple items! ※ Please us before payment.
1) First, place an order for the items.
2) After receiving the invoice from Discogs, please send a message to our shop with the request "Combine shipping" before making the payment.
3) We will send you a revised invoice with the combined shipping cost, which you can then pay.

- Apologies to those requesting photos, but we cannot send them as posting image links in messages to customers violates Discogs' policy.

- Please refrain from canceling your order after it has been placed.

◉PAYMENT
We accept PayPal as the payment method.

◉ Delays and Returns
While shipping issues are very rare, occasional delays can happen. If your item hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, don’t worry — it’s likely just delayed in transit. Please feel free to us anytime.

If you need to return an item, please us first with the reason.
As long as the item is returned in the same condition, we’ll issue a full refund within two weeks of receiving it.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

All international buyers should be aware that import taxes may apply upon the arrival of the purchased items. It is the buyer's responsibility to check and adhere to their country's policies regarding these charges.
