Ask about any extra needed info! I will photograph or record play testing on request. I usually have photos of a lot of my stock on hand, and I've got my phone on me most of the day so I'll usually respond in the first hour.

I typically ship within 1-4 days of order, but on the odd occasion it will take as long as a week. In these cases I will always fill you in on what's happening. Shipping ASAP is high on my priorities, but I do work two jobs on top of this! Everything is shipped with tracking, worldwide, and the rates roughly reflect the accurate cost. I will not ship anything without tracking, because I am not protected in those cases. Nearly $1,000 worth of my stock got lost in the mail that way last year, and I fronted the full refunds each time. 100% of my tracked parcels have arrived safely since I started selling. If you ask me prior to payment, I am always willing to look at the exact amount on the Canada Post website, and change it accordingly. Will save you a couple bucks from time to time. If it turns out to be more than I initially offered, I will pay that amount out of pocket. I will never ask you for more shipping money later.

I do not accept returns unless what you've received from me is significantly different than what I've described. Although I grade conservatively and confidently, keep in mind that the Goldmine grading system can be semantic and subjective, and that two people may not agree on the same thing. Upon your order, I will double check the condition, and play grade if I'm uncertain about anything. Once again, I am always willing to send photos, videos or sound clips to that my albums are in the condition that you desire. You will be responsible for return shipping.
