We send parcels out once or twice a week, and we ship from DENMARK, EUROPE.

Messages will be answered as quick as possible

For shipments shipped in Denmark delivery in general takes place within 1-3 business days. For the rest of Europe delivery takes place within 3-10 business days and for the rest of the world 7-21 business days (Please us for more specific delivery time). For alternative arrangements please us for more details.

Please note that the actual delivery time is the period from your parcel is shipped until it arrives at the country of destination. The local postal handling and customs can prolong the delivery time.

On orders over 2 kilos the parcel will have to go out as a tracked parcel and will therefore go up in prices according to the danish post service.

If no interest in reshipping, the buyer will be refunded the price of the items included in the order, but not the shipping cost. As we the seller are not responsible for packages that are not claimed.
