*Generally, we do not clean records before shipping to you as we have found that most customers are particular about cleaning agents and methods and prefer to do it themselves. Also PLEASE do not ask us to listen to the records, film them while playing or take pictures from all angles. Most are stored at a warehouse, we do have regular jobs and couldn't have time to fulfill those requests. Prices are fixed, please do not ask for deals or make offers, we will not respond to this..

*Some items may come with a dedication to previous owner / autograph. In cases where we do not have an official certificate of authenticity, we are assuming in good faith that the artists did actually sign / autograph said items..

*ATTENTION TO BUYERS OF SEALED RECORDS: Please note there have been cases of warped records found inside of sealed condition. The older the record the higher the possibility of this, but it also happens when shrink wrap is too tight. If you are concerned about this happening with a purchase, we suggest you allow us to open after record is fully paid and inspect the item. If you do not want us to open, then you are acknowledging that there is no way for us to accurately predict the condition (or the color) of a sealed item. If this does happen with your purchase, do not panic--check with other collectors or surf the internet for videos describing safe ways to flatten vinyl records (and let us know).

*We always consider media condition of sealed records to be "MINT", but please note that without breaking seal, we can never know for sure".

*Orders are typically mailed out within 5 to 7 business days after payment. We apologize but a Hospital job is demanding and we focus on the music business an average of 3 days, that is also why we may not answer the Emails within 24 hours "

*Kindly before buying that we are not responsible for post office mistakes, losses, late delivery, customs retention or fees, mismanagement/damage to the package unless you insure or opt for Priority/Express delivery. By not choosing to insure or deliver priority/express, you are agreeing not to place fault on the seller if an issue arises. Only USA Media, Priority, Priority International and International Express will be tracked; also note that each of these shipping methods include insurance of at least $50 (except Media Mail). We strongly recommend that for costly items over $49 you secure your purchase by acquiring additional insurance. Any item over$150 needs to be shipped Priority Mail and if over $250 need to pay for additional insurance.

*Please note that it is considered fraud to declare the value of a purchase lower than actual value or mark it as a "gift". In accordance with the law, it is our policy to always declare the value of a purchase to be the actual value. We apologize to international buyers who are subject to additional duties / customs fees, but please understand that we simply cannot take on the legal risks involved with false declarations.
* If you see or suspect any damage in the package when you receive it, please go to your local USPS office and open it in front of a Postal manager.

-First Class shipping is available for any orders weighing under 4lbs.
-Media Mail shipping is available for most items, but will obviously ship more slowly. For items of very high value, we may refuse media mail shipping and require First Class only. You cannot insure Media Mail Media Mail is the cheapest but package may take days to be scanned after been dropped at USPS. We print the label at home, we drop the package at USPS but this doesn't mean it is scanned by USPS workers automatically. Scanning them at the machine at the office is not the official scan so please do not panic when you check tracking and it says that label was printed only.
-Our economy shipping option is "Media Mail" with shipment packaged in a cardboard LP mailer with a thin layer of bubble wrap around the item(s). If you would like your shipment to include additional cardboard inserts for extra protection, please select the standard shipping option: "Med/Mail Xtra CrdBrd in Mailer".
USPS in this area will not scan boxes if you do the regular waiting line, they have to be dropped in an specific area and they will scan it hopefully within 24 hours.

*If there is a problem with an item and you are not satisfied with the item, please return the item through Media Mail and upon review of the returned item we will exchange the item or refund it. We will also pay you for the Media Mail return label, we are unable to send you return labels. For International buyers you have to return the item by ground, once received and confirmed that you returned the same item we shipped you, then we will process the refund. Please do not ask to send you extra money for the returning shipping label, we do need to confirm the item before any money is refunded.
