● DISCOGS items are housed in an offsite warehouse and NOT in the physical shop.
● Discogs inventory is not available for physical inspection.

STORE PICK UP
● Free Local Pickup from our 18th street store is available.
● 'Local Pickup' is selectable from the Discogs cart's 'Shipping' drop down menu.
● DISCOGS items are NOT in our physical STORE.
● Orders must be paid online prior to collection without exception.
● It may take around one week for us to transfer orders from warehouse to store.

U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING & HANDLING and DEALS:
● We only ship via USPS Media Mail; if you see multiple shipping options at check out, please select the cheapest option.
● Shipping rates are calculated automatically for like media items (ie an order consisting of only CDs, or of only LPs, etc). Mixed media orders and multi- disc sets will void shipping deals and push your shipping rate into a higher priced shipping category.

CANADA SHIPPING & HANDLING

● Condition notes will present the most obvious concerns, otherwise expect typical wear as per the Discogs condition grading system.
● Regular CD jewel cases are not graded and may show general wear.
● Generic vinyl inner sleeves not graded and may show wear/handling/splits.
● Unless mentioned, shrink wrap and hype stickers are not included.
● Validity of able content is NOT guaranteed.
● Due to our limited resources, we're presently not able to provide photos for items under US$30.
● Photos of CD or LP surfaces are not possible, with our current imaging technology we mostly capture light reflections.
● Opening of sealed items will void returns.

MINIMUM ORDER
● $5.99 is our minimum order price.
● We can raise the price on anything under $5.99 to meet this requirement,
or simply add some bargains together and take advantage of our U.S. shipping deals.

GENERAL SHIPPING
● Make shipping inquiries BEFORE placing orders.
● Shipping is not refundable.
● All shipments automatically come with tracking.
● Buyer's intended shipping address must be correct and the same in both Paypal and Discogs.
● If shipping seems high, please ask us for a quote, there may be an automated weight calculation error.

Merging Orders
● Multiple unpaid orders can be merged.

RETURNS
● Opening of sealed items will void returns.
● Monetary refunds will only be issued upon the return of products, if we have: grievously erred in our condition reporting, and/or sent wrong items, and/or shipped inadequately. Photographic documentation may be requested prior to return approval.
● Return shipping will be at buyers expense unless we are at grievously at fault.
