To get your items out to you as fast and efficiently as possible, please read through our thorough list of FAQ's to help you with any inquiries you might have about ordering with us. :)

ORDERING, INVOICING AND OFFERS
- We are not in the office every day but please don’t worry, you will receive an invoice within 2 to 4 days of your order.

- Orders ship within a week of our receipt of payment.

- Please note that our inventory is updated once a week and occasionally an item you wish to buy may be out-of-stock. You will not be invoiced or charged for any items that are out of stock and you will be notified via email if an item is sold out.

- Only offers made through the Discogs item page will be assessed. We are happy to combine multiple offers into a single order.

- We do not divulge our 'lowest' cost on an item so inquiries of this nature will not be answered.

ITEM INFORMATION
- If your item(s) contains original inserts, lyric sheets, and misc. ephemera it WILL be noted in the listing. If we do not state in the comments of the listing that any of these items are included, then please assume that they are NOT included.

- Unfortunately, due to the high volume of orders we get daily, we do not send photos or detailed descriptions of products for items under $100. Everything is graded according to the Discogs standards for grading. Here's a link to their grading definitions:

- We do not guarantee the validity of codes for new or used items. If a new item’s code is missing or invalid, please the label for assistance. We cannot help you with the retrieving of codes.

- Sealed items are sold ‘as is’ and are non-returnable.

- "Still in shrink" means the shrink wrap is still on the jacket. It does not mean that the record is sealed.

SHIPPING
- Orders ship within a week of our receipt of payment.

- Unless specifically notified, all items from an order will be shipped in one package.

- Packages will be shipped to the address associated with your PayPal . Please make sure that your both your email and your shipping address are up-to-date on PayPal.

- Tracking information will be ed to the Discogs order.

- We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages. If you would like a to sign for the package, please make that note in the purchase and we will add an additional $3.00 to the final price. Any returned records due to not being able to take delivery will incur an additional $20 charge and be sent back out.
