We are a vinyl record shop in Brooklyn, NY USA. This is our London based inventory. All items ship from our London based site. All our standards of quality will be consistent w our NYC location but will be restated below. Different elements of the business are teamed by people on both sides of the Atlantic. Your patience is appreciated. All our items are guaranteed.

QUALITY GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY
All of our items are guaranteed. If you have any concern we have no issue working together on a mitigated amount upto and including a full refund. In the event the item is of high value or we would like it back for our internal improvement process we may want the record back. We are here to work with you and will never stick you with something you do not want. If it is determined that a return will be necessary we will refund the item and the return shipping at point of receipt of the product.

GRADING/LISTING NOTES
NM Record- Unplayed but open. Only applicable scenario
NM Sleeve w M Record- Sealed record but with shrink exposure. Only applicable scenario
Clean Copy- This references that a VG+ graded record is more NM than VG+. Generally w a very few amount of plays but not unplayed
Company Sleeve- 12" single w the original label sleeve it came with. Anything w identifiers that are unique to the origin of the release are sleeves that are graded.
OG Inner- All inner sleeves unique to the original release
All inserts are listed. While it can happen in error, if an insert is not listed expect it is not contained within that listing.
Sleeve Notes- Spine/edge/ringwear, stains, cuts, punches, splits, creases, warpage

SHIPPING SCHEDULE AND RULES
Schedule- We pick/ship every Monday/Thursday. If you create an order after 7:00 AM GMT on a shipping day, it will be handled on the next shipping cycle. If you have expedited needs please reach out.
All orders ship from the PAYPAL AND DISCOGS address. These need to be the same. They cannot be different
We do not open sealed records
Reasonable additional requests will be accommodated.

SLEEVING POLICY
At £10 and up- An item is put in a poly sleeve and all OG Inners are replaced w paper inners. All records will be behind the sleeve unless it's a gatefold it will be in between or a larger pocket single sleeve. In a large pocket sleeve, records will ship within sleeve to protect the spine of the pocket.

SEALED RECORD/CD CASE REMOVAL POLICY
We do not open sealed records before shipment. No exceptions.

DISCOUNTS
In fairness to our other customers, we do not do discounts on our items. As a volume based seller we offer our records competitively in an attempt to give every record a home and discount our inventory periodically, repeatedly until it sells. There's a lot of great records to be had for very little money- many times at a loss to get it out the door. Thank you for your understanding.

Also- The likelihood of getting a discount v. being banned is proportional to the amount of labor invested a priori negotiation proposition.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All orders are subject to cancellation 7 days after placing an order without payment. Please us if there is an issue.

POSTAGE RATES
PLEASE NOTE: Your Discogs shipping address must match your PayPal shipping address, and please make sure the Discogs address is up to date as we won't ship orders to other addresses.

We have set automated shipping policies, so you can check your cart to find out the shipping cost for your order for most countries.
