NOTES:

Items are graded visually, usually conservatively. If a record has been played to check, it is usually stated in the description, together with a date checked.

Every effort is made to send good condition CD cases, but grading for CDs does not include the replaceable plastic case, just the inlays/booklet and CD itself, but the case is of course counted if it is an integral part of the product (i.e.- digipaks/ flip cases etc.).

I recycle packaging where possible and whilst your items should reach you safely packaged, this means they might not be the prettiest of parcels! I care deeply about the environmental choices we make and also it helps keep costs down, so win-win!

Orders sent of over £20 must be sent tracked and signed. I will advise of any additional postage cost following order confirmation where applicable.

Every effort is made to send items as quickly as possible, but note that this is me selling my personal collection and I am not a shop/ business and so please bear with me as I can usually only do Post Office trips twice a week. But if you need something urgent- just let me know and will try to help. (The day job is running my own translation business, by the way!)

Finally, if you have any issue with your order, please talk to me. I'm a nice guy (honest!) and, being a record lover and Discogs buyer myself, I want to be a decent and honest seller. Oh, and I really want to keep my 100% rating :D ! But please also note that any issue with lost/ delayed post will be sent via Royal Mail claims and I must await the outcome of their decision before refunding. (Note this can take up to 90 days for overseas buyers). But bear with me- my rating shows that I am always going to make sure you get your items or a refund, you can trust me!
