CDs will be shipped via uninsured USPS Media Mail, normally within 48 hours of payment. Buyer pays shipping, $5.00 for 1 to 4 CDs, $0.25 for each additional CD. Free shipping on orders totaling $15.00 or more. If you would like your package to be sent with ‘priority shipping’ or as an ‘insured package’ please me immediately after submitting your order. In the unlikely event your uninsured package does not arrive after 15 days, I recommend you make a formal complaint to the USPS and me stating that the package has yet to arrive (I monitor all shipments but the tracking info isn't always accurate). I will then make a formal complaint to the USPS from my end. No refunds will be given should your uninsured package never arrive. Please note that this is a very rare occurrence as I've only had it happen once in over 1,800 sales. CD's are packed in a bubble envelope or a box, and are wrapped further in bubble wrap or similar padding to prevent damage. For CD sleeve grading, jewel cases are not taken into . The sleeve grade is for the paper inserts only. However, if jewel cases are broken, badly cracked or dirty, I try to replace them or I do my best to note any cracks, etc., in the listing.
