All delivery pricing is now live on Discogs. Below is a guide to the prices, but placing them in your cart should give you an accurate figure.
However, if you have any questions or would like something that falls outside the remit of the prices entered, please do get in touch. NB Some items (including 7" box sets/flexi disks and other items not fitting neatly into a category) do not seem to work well with the Discogs Automated Pricing so if it looks wrong, just let me know and I can confirm the correct price and adjust as necessary. If order has already been placed and paid for I will simply refund any overpayment.

7" Vinyl Single
UK - ALL singles shipped bubble wrapped and boxed in professional record mailing boxes (no weaker envelopes or makeshift packaging).
1 = £3.15 p&p. Small additional cost per additional single up to £5.49 then £5.49 up to 2kg (total weight including packaging).

12"/LPs
UK LPs - NB QUALITY PACKING USED, LPs bubble wrapped and packed in secure box, not card envelopes (yes, it costs a few pence more, but you do get the peace of mind that your record and sleeve will arrive in great condition).
12" singles may be shipped in strong envelopes/mailers unless stated.
1 - 4 = £5.49 (2nd class) £5.90 signed for
Over 2Kg it is often cheaper to send in two parcels but will confirm exact cost.

International (I will weigh your order with packing and quote accordingly, prices should be correct when adding the records to your cart, but please me if you think it doesn't look right.
NB All record are carefully graded visually and sold on this basis. However, I do play test many as suggested in the notes by a specific mention of sound quality. See my ratings for proof of careful (if not under) grading.

Any problems, please me straight away and I will work with you to resolve the issue.

I ship no later than the Monday following your order but often sooner and even the same day if possible.

Unless specifically stated, all LPs are bubble-wrapped and packaged in a box, not the thin cardboard envelopes which can bend easily and damage the sleeve/records. One or two 12" singles may be shipped in strong mailers unless stated, more than this will be in boxes. Singles also shipped in secure, purpose made box (not envelope).

The vast majority of my packaging is brand new but I do try to do my bit and recycle other packaging where fit for the job. Please just let me know if you definitely want new packaging, and I will oblige.

Return costs are the responsibility of the Buyer and all vinyl must be returned in the sleeves and the packaging they were originally in at time of purchase. Returns not accepted except unless wrong product received. I grade everything personally and carefully and try to be conservative so it's more likely you'll get a higher grade record than anything.

If paying by bank transfer the order will be shipped once cleared by the bank which is usually instantaneous but could take a few days for overseas orders.

Unless recorded delivery is requested, I obtain proof of posting, a scan of which can be supplied if needed. A new system introduced by the Post Office links a code on the proof of postage with a QR code they affix to the package. This allows them to confirm whether the package has been delivered if there is any doubt (UK only). Unfortunately, I cannot accept responsibility for the Royal Mail if any records don't arrive, and so recommend choosing Recorded Delivery which is trackable and often not a whole lot more expensive. However, I will always keep the proof of postage until you notify me of its arrival.
