Please note cases of CDs and tapes are not included in grading but will always be supplied.

In the first instance, please me if you wish to return an item before sending it back.

In case of incorrect listing or if product is defective, I'll refund full cost of item price and shipping costs when I've received item back in same condition as was sent.

No liability accepted for any undelivered orders not collected from your respective countries' post office. Additional postage will be charged for any further shipping fees incurred.

Please note that if you cancel a paid order because you have made an error in placing that order, I'll refund you the full order value less the PayPal Fixed fee of 0.35GBP as this does not get retuned to my .

Any issues with delivery to another country outside the UK, will require the Buyer to the postal service in their country. I will help as much as possible from the UK.

Some countries within the EU might charge import tax or duties on goods. It's the Buyer's responsibility to pay import tax or duties as confirmed by PayPal Seller/Buyer Protection Scheme. If these goods are then sent back because of your refusal to pay your respective governments import tax or duties, upon receipt of goods, I can only refund item cost less any UK import tax or duties costs incurred as long as the item is received in the same condition as was sent.
