Records are packed outside the jacket and shipped inside record mailers. If you wish your records to be shipped inside the jacket, let me know beforehand. This does not apply to sealed items.

Sealed and unplayed items will be graded as Mint, but unfortunately I cannot guarantee perfection beyond the cover sleeve. Please be aware that I cannot accept returns for these, like most private sellers.

If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, please me so that we can resolve the matter in the best way possible.

I cannot take responsibility for the carrier mistakes of potentially mishandling a package or losing it. I package very well, so no damages should occur, but if it happens, we can take action through the appropriate channels and sort out the problem.
