CLEANING OPTIONS
All my records will be posted clean. They're cleaned on a Pro-Ject VC-S vacuum system. I also include KLAudio ULTRASONIC cleaning on all records $40ea+. If you'd like other purchases ULTRASONIC cleaned, I charge $3.50 per record including new inner sleeve. Well below the going rate for this quality machine. Let me know via messages if you'd like this service.
POSTAGE /SHIPPING
Buyer pays shipping / postage. LP's are posted in stiff LP mailers. LPs will be taken from sleeves and both placed in plastic sleeve inside mailer. If you have other requirements, please let me know in advance.
Post is via Australia Post, Aust post tracking number will be emailed to you. Within Australia, Aust Post automatically covers damaged or lost LPs to the value of $50. It will be the recipients responsibility to take a damaged LP, Mailer Sleeve and proof of payment value to Aust Post to obtain the insurance.
INTL SHIPPING - All items are shipped with tracking which is why the basic amount is so high. I cannot do much about that I am afraid.
NON-COLLECTS and REFUSED delivery. In the event an item is returned to me that was not able to be delivered, refused delivery or failed to collect from the post office, I will refund the item amount only. I will NOT refund the postage that I have paid in good faith.
ALLOW OFFERS
Several of my items will allow you to make offers. Making an offer is not intended for you to low ball a 50% of listed price offer.
In considering offers, I am far more likely to take an offer if several items are purchased, even if it's a spread of LPs, e.g. 3x$10, 2x$20 and 1x$50 than cherry picking just one of my (rarer) listings and offering half price.
If you think I am dramatically out with my pricing, let me know and your evidence and I will definitely meet the market.
QUALITY
We all want M/NM records but sometimes if it's $5 or $10 of a collectable release, it's probably just not going to be so. I grade in most cases visually under strong halogen lights unless the LP is of higher value then if any visible marks at all, it's audio graded.
Mistakes to happen, records get left out of order, I post one that I have 5 copies of and send the duplicate. I am a private collector, not a store, just a hobby, if there's something wrong, let me know and if I can understand what's happened and am at fault, we'll resolve it together.
