Welcome to our record store located in a green corner of the lovely city of Bruges!
We aim at satisfying all our customers in a no less than perfect manner and take great care in carefully packing and shipping what we sell. If you are satisfied with your order, please give us some positive !
Orders are processed on a daily basis and shipped at least twice per week. If you place an order with us, it will be sent out maximum 4 calendar days after the payment is received. We ship from Belgium, and local pickup is also possible in Bruges. Please select that option in the order if you want to, and us to arrange the appointment for local pickup.
We have a shipping contract with PostNL, which is not always the cheapest for all countries. If you notice that shipping prices are very high for the items you want to order to your country, do not hesitate to us. We will check if we can find alternative and cheaper reliable shipping methods.
We are selling mainly new but sometimes also used records and cd’s. In case items are not new and sealed, that is explicitly mentioned and graded correspondingly. We use the discogs grading standard:

In general the dividing line between a good/great/perfect condition and a more used condition is between VG and VG+. A condition starting from VG+ and higher is a really good condition. All conditions from VG, G and lower are in general a very used condition with potential flaws. If you are unsure about a conditions definition please read the definition in the Discogs grading standard or feel free to ask.
We are using careful rigid packaging and offer several shipping options. We send all our orders ed with track & trace. We send our LP's and covers of mint items separately packed to avoid seam splits and to check the records for visible flaws (warped records, factory scratches). This means we have to unseal them before shipping. We open the sealing carefully at opening side and the sleeve remains within the sealing with hype stickers, cards, posters and other possible attributes. We remind buyers of this after they placed their order and ask for their confirmation. If you do not want us to unseal the items, we can cancel and refund your order.
Returns are the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer pays the costs for returns. If you return sealed and undamaged items, you will receive a full refund. If you return unsealed records please assure that the record is returned in the same shape as shipped and complete with all outer and inner sleeves incl. hype stickers and possible other attributes ( cards, posters, …). We will determine the price for the refund after checking the integrity and completeness, and grading the records. In the event that your package is lost or returned, the records will be refunded. Shipping costs cannot be refunded to the buyer.
If you receive a parcel which is damaged or items inside the parcel are damaged or have any other kind of defect, please inform us within 14 days after shipment received. The delivery date in the tracking is our reference date. Complaints and damage notice after 14 days after the parcel has been received cannot be recognized as such.
In the case of a parcel which is visibly damaged on the outside, please take detailed pictures of the damage before opening it and inspecting the content. In case of damaged items inside the parcel, please take detailed pictures of the items as well, and create a claim or complaint with those pictures at the courier service who delivered the parcel. We need this claim number, the pictures as proof and documentation of the claim to be able to open a damage claim on our side. The recipient is the only one able to document the damage. The claim number and the evidence are essential to arrange your refund and sort out the claim from our side.
If you request to cancel an order which has already been paid, we can charge a handling fee of 8 EUR the extra work and expenses this creates.
Please do not request pictures of items that are graded as mint & sealed. For items that are not mint & sealed, we can provide pictures for items with a value as of 15 EUR to detail the condition. Please provide your mail address for the pictures and allow us 2 a 3 days to get back to you.
All our prices are fixed, it is not possible to request for price negotiation or offers.
For CD’s, it is possible to request us to send them without the jewel case for lower shipping costs. Please request that explicitly below the order, and allow us some time to check and manually adapt the shipping costs.
We only ship to the address in your Discogs profile! If you require shipping to a different address, please change the address in your Discogs profile BEFORE you place an order. Do not write an alternate address in the additional instructions box or in the messages below the order. We only ship to your Discogs profile address. Please also that your paypal postal address is correct and fully aligned with your discogs postal address. If the buyer provides an incorrect shipping address which results in an undeliverable shipment which is returned to us, the buyer must pay for the postage costs for resending the shipment.
Regarding ed shipments it is the buyer’s responsibility to track the shipment regularly and react proactively on incidents reported in the tracking history. For example, when shipments are deposited for pick-up at the local post office or pickup point after the first delivery attempt was unsuccessful, the buyer should collect the parcel before it is returned to the sender.
We are not responsible, nor can we influence, delivery delays caused by parcel services or postal service providers for orders where the buyer expects them to be delivered by a certain date, e.g. birthdays, Christmas, other occasions... This applies even more in case of delays caused by missing or incorrect information which is essential for timely delivery. For time critical orders, it is advised to anticipate potential delays with the delivery companies, and order your items well in advance, ideally 2-3 weeks in advance.
We are a VAT ed company and collect value added or goods and services taxes where applicable. Our prices on Discogs are VAT inclusive for the countries where we have to charge and submit the VAT.
We comply with the EU/EEA/UK Consumer Protection Rights , which set forth mandatory consumer rights such as the Right to Withdraw and Legal Guarantee.
In the rare case where you would not be entirely satisfied with the item received, or if you experience any kind of issue with your order, please us before leaving a negative . We always do our best to solve the issue.
