We sell on multiple platforms so occasionally things sell out before we can remove them from Discogs. 99.999% of the time we have what's listed, but sometimes we run out. Basically, don't be a jerk and leave us if we run out of something, it's not intentional and I assure you that we are good people. Feel free to shoot over a message with any questions. ....and actually, because some people just can't seem to help themselves: if you're going to leave us when we sell out of something by accident, just don't order from us. This sort of thing is childish and petty, and we just don't want to deal with that. Nobody does. So by ordering from us you agree, or don't order from us. You also agree that we are able to cancel at our own discretion. If this is an issue, then don't order from us. And please, please, 𝘐 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘴𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰𝘰 𝘮𝘶𝘤𝘩; please keep it friendly. If you can't do this, then just go away.

ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PAID, IT MAY NOT BE MODIFIED OR CANCELED. PAYPAL KEEPS SELLER FEES EVEN IF WE REFUND YOU, SO ONCE YOU PAY, THAT'S THAT. WE HAVE GOOD STUFF, SO IT SHOULD BE OKAY THOUGH. We keep regular M-F business hours (EST), so if you order late at night or over the weekend, you might not get a response until the next business day.

All items are as listed but just because something is listed as NEW/MINT does not necessarily mean it's sealed/shrinkwrapped, regardless of format. Sometimes, usually with imports, labels remove LPs from the jacket in advance. If this is how it was released into the world, we consider this to be mint, since it follows the intention/presentation of the label. Also, we do not guarantee that hype stickers are included. They may or may not be. If any of these conditions are an issue, please message us first to double check, or order from someone else.

We do our best to match listings by all methods visible on the outside of the packaging, and usually this works, but we can not confirm matrix numbers if an item is sealed. By ordering from us you are agreeing that the item is, if not exactly correct, close enough for your purposes, and that any numbers we are not able to easily access are fine with you. If this is an issue, please ask in advance or order from someone else.

We have no control over where a label presses their vinyl, or if they cut corners with materials, so if they release a noisy sounding record, that's the product and that's what's for sale. We do not consider noisy pressings to be defective. It's annoying, sure, but it happens, and by ordering from us, it is understood that you are aware of this and proceeding anyways. Some plants do better work than others. We ain't naming anybody, but we could.

If you order but don't pay right away, that's fine, but we sell on other platforms as well, so we aren't holding anything while we wait for payment. If you aren't ready to pay when you order, maybe just wait to order.

If there is a problem with an item you received, you will be asked to provide examples, and we will work with you to correct any issues to the best of our abilities. We have encountered some folks who say they can't do this because they don't have a smartphone. It's 2025 and you are shopping on the internet. If you are unable to provide photographs by email, for whatever reason, then do not order from us because we will not be able to help you at all. Pics or it didn't happen.

For orders with multiple items: We do not accept all-or-nothing orders. In the rare event that we are sold out of something, we will remove it from the order and ship what we have. You will be charged for only what we ship to you. If this is an issue, let us know before you pay.

If you have zero or low and your PayPal isn’t verified, or have zero or low and the shipping/billing details on your order don't match, your order will be canceled.

WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN OFFERS, UNLESS THEY ARE HIGHER THAN WHAT WE ARE ASKING.

PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO PORCH PIRATES AND OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PARCELS THAT ARE MARKED "DELIVERED". IF THE POST OFFICE SAYS IT'S BEEN DELIVERED, YOU WILL HAVE TO FILE ANY CLAIMS WITH THEM. It's very rare that this happens, but it happens, and since we don't deliver the mail, we can't guard your mail at your home until you get back from work, etc. People steal packages in my neighborhood too. Sorry.

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE US: If customs delays delivery because they need more time to inspect your box to see if tax is owed, we can not interfere with this process. We will not interfere with tax collection or inspection anywhere. This is just part of international shipping and it takes as long as it takes. If tracking says customs has the box, you will have to wait until they are done with it. If you paid tax with your order and need further documentation because customs asks for it, we can provide this for you.

SHIPPING POLICIES:

We ship to the address you have saved in Discogs NOT what it says on your PayPal payment. Please make sure your DISCOGS address is up to date.

WE ARE UNABLE TO COMBINE ORDERS. You are welcome to order as many items PER ORDER as you like, and we will ship these together as one order in one box, because this is one order. If you place an additional order after that, those items will have to be shipped in another box, and will be treated as a new order, even if we haven't yet shipped your first order. Discogs doesn't make it easy to calculate refunds involving tax, and PayPal doesn't refund seller fees, so we can't combine.

We use standard LP mailers to send out vinyl. They're pretty nice and fairly secure, but If you'd like us to ship using a Whiplash Mailer (with extra padding on the sides), we can upgrade for an extra $2.50. You must request this BEFORE PAYMENT, and we will bill this through PayPal.

Outside of the US: You will be billed by automatic shipping settings. If the shipping amount billed doesn’t cover the postage to ship to you, you will be billed for an additional payment through PayPal. If the shipping seems excessive, write to us BEFORE YOU PAY and we will try to get you a better rate. After you pay, it's too late to make adjustments.

Also for outside of the USA: It's no secret that shipping to you is expensive. Due to these high shipping costs, and the costs to return defective items, we can not be responsible for any manufacturing defects unless you return the item to us, which also means you are responsible for paying return shipping. In the event you wish to return a defective item, upon receiving, we will refund for the item only. If this doesn't work for you, then please order from someone else. This only applies to customers outside of the USA. In addition to this, once your order has left the possession of the US Postal Service, responsibility for delivery transfers from us to you. We are not able to guarantee delivery from carriers outside of the USA. We will provide tracking, but once the parcel has left the US Postal Service, it's between you and the carrier. If you want to purchase insurance, we can add it to the shipping cost, but you have to let us know before we ship to you. Again, this applies to outside of the USA only.

PLEASE NOTE: We only send out items as described. Sometimes LPs can get seam splits in transit. If you would like your LP to ship outside of the sleeve, please let us know.

ALL FORMATS:
Insured Air Mail is required for us to ship to these territories: Central and South America, Eastern Europe, Africa, Asia (excluding Japan and South Korea). Please get in touch for shipping rates. You may be billed for additional insurance charges AFTER you have already paid for your order. No way around this at this time.
