SHIPPING INFORMATION:
- Costs are based on weight so larger (heavier) orders attract a better value for money.
- Our shipping costs are calculated by weight.
- Note that a double LP will count as 2 items (same rule for box sets - number LPs in the box).

- All orders will be carefully packed.
- We cannot be held responsible for lost, broken or damaged packages after shipment. (we have not lost a package in 10 years selling/buying).
- If you receive a package that looks damaged, please refuse delivery and it will be sent back to us. If you are not available at time of delivery, please return the un-opened package to us - we will then issue you with a full refund.
- Defects or damages must be reported immediately after receipt of the goods
- Issues has been reported immediately after receiving the goods

- All packages are sent with TRACKING by default; peace of mind for both you and us - this maybe more expensive than you were expecting.
- Orders will be sent to the address as shown in PayPal unless otherwise advised (PayPal insist we send to the PayPal address in case of any dispute) - We will send to another address if advised, butI we cannot be liable for the delivery of your order to the wrong address as a result of you supplying us with incomplete, different or inaccurate information.
- We are not liable for refunds if an order has been shown to be 'delivered' in the tracking information.

- If you would prefer your order 'to be signed for', an extra charge of 6,00€ per order will be applied - please us if you require this extra level of security, and for the extra payment details.

- We are not responsible for shipping errors, but we will do our best to investigate any 'lost' orders - if an item is returned to us by the courier due to being 'undelivered' or 'undeliverable' the order can be re-sent at the customers expense.
- We do not accept returns for new and factory sealed records after they are opened by the buyer.
- We do not a refund for new factory sealed records after they are opened : seal broken by the buyer/We can not sell these again as new, and these days we can not send them back to the record companies or record distributors for credits or refunds.
- We grade our secondhand items carefully and play most of them before listing, especially the more expensive items. High resolution photos can be sent on request to show the condition of the vinyl, sleeve, matrix information etc. For these reasons, we cannot accept returns and refunds on secondhand albums.

- ALL ORDERS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PAID WITHIN 10 DAYS WILL BE CANCELLED.
