GENERAL :
- The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs that may incur in the order process including possible returns.
- I won't be able for any additional taxes, fees or other duties that might apply due to your country's tax and customs regulations. Please check these possibilities before you place an order.
- I don't offer any kind of return. If something went reasonably wrong, please me and we will figure something out.
- I don't take responsibility for loss or damage of the package. Please choose a shipping/insurance method that suits your needs here. Also I don't offer any form of guarantee or reliability towards the purchased product.
- All unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled as "Non-Paying Buyer" 4 days after I invoiced you. No exceptions, no discussions. If you think your payment could be delayed for some reason, please me directly when you place the order.

GRADING:
- I try to grade as well as I can, mostly rather conservative, mostly visual. But mistakes can happen. If you're not satisfied with anything, please take a deep breath and me. I am sure we will figure something out.
- All the records I sell are from my personal collection. They were mostly bought new at time of release and looked after carefully since. They were all stored in poly sleeves in a non-smoking, animal-free environment.

PLEASE ASK ME DIRECTLY:
- if you intend to buy multiple items and want them shipped together.
The prices mostly cover more than one item on most occasions.
- if you intend to buy multiple items and would like a bundle offer.
- if you intend to buy one of the few CDs/Tapes/7"es I am offering.
They can be sent rather cheap worldwide if you choose an uninsured method (at your own risk).

SHIPPING COSTS:
Problematic subject. I had to cave in and install Shipping Policies as Discogs wanted me to.
I am not sure how that will work out since prices and shipping durations are constantly changing and I can't keep up with every country in the world. I am just a private seller, selling from his own collection and not a store or mailorder.

--> The prices in my Shipping Policies therefore might not be 100% correct and are not legally binding!
But I assure you:
- if shipping might be cheaper than expected, I will refund you for the difference.
- if shipping should be more expensive than payed for, I will give you the chance to cancel your order and completely refund you.

--> Rest of the World:
If you are ordering something from "Rest of the World" (which is basically everything other than the EU) there is a very realistic chance that shipping for an order above 1800g is significantly cheaper than 50€. Please ask me for an exact price before you place an order!

I am really sorry for those new rules.
For me the old model always worked perfectly fine, since each order was calculated individually.
