SHIPPING RATES
To the Netherlands: all orders with a value over 90 euro -> no extra shipping costs. Pick-up also a possibility if you’re in the neighbourhood.

Albums with 2 LP’s (or more) count als 2 LP’s (or more) in of shipping costs.

It is possible to send with and without tracking. I have already automatically filled in the shipping costs. You will see these immediately when you put LP's in your shopping cart.

Airmail / Standard = without tracking and without insurance
International Tracked & Signed / First Class Signed For = with tracking, with a signed delivery and with insurance

DELIVERY ADDRESS
Make sure your address is entered correctly in your Discogs settings. This is the address where we will send the LP(s) to. Do you pay via PayPal? Then we will use the address linked with your PayPal to send the LP(s) to. Also make sure your ZIP-code is listed correctly. Otherwise, the parcel may be delayed.

PAYMENT
I prefer bank transfer instead of Paypal. If you're from the EU, this is the fastest and best way to pay. If you want that, send me a message and I send you the bank details. Other buyers, from the rest of the World, can only pay with PayPal.

RETURNS
Any defect, damaged or wrongly sent items need to be communicated and returned to us within 14 days after receipt. By breaking the (possible) seal, you accept the item received and loose the right to return the item to us. Have this in mind. If the returned items are damaged or in a condition that is different from the condition in which we sent it to you, a partial refund will be issued.

Orders paid with Paypal can only be returned by using Paypal's Return Service only. How? Just read on.

1. to your PayPal .
2. Go to https://www.paypal.com/en/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns to and activate the option Return Shipping.
3. Return your item, make sure you mark the package as 'Returned Goods' (No Commercial Value). to keep a copy of your return shipping receipt.
4. Submit a Refund Request. to your PayPal , select the purchase you returned and click on 'Request return shipping refund'. Submit the return shipping request form, along with proof of your return within 30 days.
5. Receive your refund. If your Refund Request is accepted, you will receive a refund directly to your PayPal .

Return shipping costs of returns with other reasons than mentioned, like ordering mistakes you make, are not refunded. Refund of return shipping costs are based on normal shipping and of an amount which we deem reasonable. Return shipping costs higher than the original shipping costs will not be accepted, the original shipping costs will be refunded instead.

Please note that we only pay the return costs if you have opted for tracked shipping.

Packages returned to us as "not claimed/refused", can be resend at your expense. If there is no interest in repurchase the product(s), the buyer will be refunded the price of the item(s) included in the order, minus the original shipping cost.

DISPUTES
I will resolve any issue, problem or dispute directly with the buyer. In the event that a dispute is escalated through Paypal or any other payment provider, we will not not refund the return shipping costs. In this way we can come to a good solution together. Therefor it is VERY important to solve any issue or dispute directly with us through a message via Discogs.

CUSTOMS
Import duties, taxes and other customs-related charges are not included in the item price or shipping price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase. We will not honor any requests to classify purchased items as anything other than "merchandise" or lower the value of listed items on the customs document, as doing any of this is against Dutch law. We don't like that.
