The step-by-step sale plan:

1) Please email with the order your:

- Choice of payment (Bank by "OUR" transfer or Cash).
- Choice of postal service (Track and Trace or ed).
- Full Name, Address, Postal code, City and Country.

2) ANY (extra) costs are for the buyer.

- The main currency is Euro.
- Postal costs depends on postal service (T&T or ed), weight and country.
- Costs for choice of payment, postal service or any other special requests are for the buyer!
- Cash payment must be send by track and trace post, including 'sign for receipt'.
- If you prefer ed transport, the package content is insured till 100 euro for 2,50 euro extra (in NL till 50 euro for 1,65 euro)!

3) Order conformation and payment.

- Do not transfer any payment before I have sent you an order conformation with all the details.
- Sent your payment and conformation that these details are correct within 24 hrs.
- Shipment of the package will take place within 10 days after 'payment received' confirmation.

All these rules are reasonable and logical.
Read them carefully for a quick and successful transfer or just don't order if you do not agree with them.
I have the highest respect for my customers and will always try to sort out any problems as soon as possible.

Important Detailed Information:

After a successful payment, the order will be packed in a protective box and send within 10 days.
The package will be shipped by PostNL to the buyers 'Shipping Address' mentioned on the Discogs order page.
If for any reason this address is incorrect, please update your 'Buyer Settings' and send me an email as soon as possible!
Always check your letter box for information cards left by a package chauffeur in case nobody was home at time of arrival.
If a package for ANY reason is returned, for instance, due to incorrect address or not picked up at the local post office, new shipment costs are for the buyer.

POSTNL is responsible for the transport, and so for any lost or damaged package(s)!!!
If you prefer ed transport, the package content is insured till 100 euro for 2,50 euro extra (NL till 50 euro for 1,65 euro).
If a package did not arrived within 14 WORKING days after shipment, go to the track & trace page of PostNL.
There you can use your track and trace number to check for the current location of your package.
If the package is lost, an 'Inquiry Form' can be send to the PostNL headquarters to look for the package.
In case of returning !undamaged! packages (NL and EU only), the item price (not the postal costs) can be refunded.

The postal prices shown below are for an order of at least 1 Record (12") or 1 CD / single (7").
Postal costs depend on choice of service, total weight and country.
One 12" record + postal box (33 x 33 x 3 cm) weighs approx. 400 grams.
Ask for postal details if you want to buy only 7" singles!

Postal prices (2018) TRACK AND TRACE conditions:

NETHERLANDS (0-10 kg): 7,00 euro
EUR 1 (0-2 kg): 13,50 euro
EUR 2 (0-2 kg): 19,00 euro
WORLD (0-2 kg): 25,00 euro
- Transport by Track and Trace available to 146 countries.
- I will check if the T&T option is available for your country after you order.
- Proof of sending = receipt post office with T&T number.
- Time of delivery (depends on country and local postal company).
- Pick up package post office, when not at home twice at time of delivery!
- Not Insured!

Postal prices (2018) for singles:

NETHERLANDS (0-2 kg): 4,00 euro
- Transport including Track and Trace.
- Package must fit through a letterbox (max size 38x26x3,2 cm)!!

INTERNATIONAL LETTER (250 grams): 6,75 euro (1 x CD or single)
EUR 1 (0-2 kg): 9,50 euro
EUR 2 (0-2 kg): 12,00 euro
WORLD (0-2 kg): 19,00 euro
- No Track and Trace!
- Package must fit through a letterbox (max size 38x26x3,2 cm).
- Time of delivery (depends on country and local postal company).
- The price depends on the total weight.
