If you neglect proper communication and action following your initial order, I will cancel the order. There is no reason to not pay for something immediately from my perspective. Where in this day and age do you not pay for something the moment you buy it? If you do not attempt payment within 8 hours, without a valid or clearly communicated reason, I will cancel the order and relist. If you need 24 to 36 hours, clearly and openly communicate with me about your need for a hold up and we can work something out. If you need longer than that, just wait to buy it.

INTERNATIONAL
all of the above information (except for cost) is the same for you. I have shipped many records overseas to high approval and satisfaction and am more than willing to get you the records you wish for. However, tracking, insurance or faster shipment are rarely viable options.
If international shipping cost ends up being considerably more than you pay I will request more before shipping or we can agree to cancel the order. please know either of these are a possibility when placing the order. If it costs considerably less, I will refund you.
RETURNS/REFUNDS:

If the Item is badly damaged in shipping somehow, we will file an insurance claim (most orders will have insurance) and the money returned to us from the result of the claim will go towards replacing your damaged item (***keep / photograph damaged packaging upon delivery*** -evidence).
if you feel the item was not as it was described, talk to me thoroughly about it and we can figure something out, I believe I use accurate grading and description and if anything is out of the ordinary or slightly damaged in any way I aim to be very clear and up front about it. If you have any worries at all about the condition of a specific aspect of an item or an item in general, feel free to ask any questions you have and I am more than willing to send photographs of anything you wish.
if there are any other unforeseeable problems and a return/refund may be warranted, make sure to be very open with me in communication about the problem while addressing it promptly and I am willing to work anything out.
