Policies & Procedures:
**All orders are processed and shipped as soon as we can. We usually ship within 3-5 days once the order is paid.
Tracking number will be provided, and the order will be marked as "Shipped".

**PLEASE NOTE: We are only opened Tuesday through Saturday. Closed on Mondays & Sundays, to include all holidays. Please allow us some extra shipping time, should you order is placed during those dates.

**All items are shipped in secured boxes with cardboard fillers for added protection.

**We ship directly to your Discogs order address. Should you want the order to be shipped to another address, you must notify us via your order page, under special shipping requests. Once the order is shipped, we are not able to change the address.

**PLEASE us immediately, should you have any problems with your orders. We reserve the right to demand the items to be returned for a full refund if you are not completely satisfied.

**No returns or refunds after 30 days from shipped date.

**: If you are unhappy with any item you buy from us, we would appreciate, if you would us prior to leaving so that we can have an opportunity to resolve the problem. If you leave negative without ing us, we will block you from buying from us.

**We are not responsible for orders lost, stolen, or damaged by courier that are shipped without insurance. Insurance is available upon request.

**Please do not order items if you do not intend to pay for them. Orders will be cancelled, and items will be re-listed.

**International buyers! Any record bought for more than $100.00 must be sent via USPS Priority Mail International for security and insurance. Also, please be aware of any customs tariffs that you may be responsible for!
