If you want for example 12 cd's place two orders separetely I do not ship more than 6 cd's in each parcel due to the mailing service and packaging used (size limited)

If I ask a confirmation to the buyer for example if he read the description of an item the buyer must answer the same day because I must ship order paid if no answer I ship the next day.
Ask informations like pictures BEFORE placing an order if you need but only for a serious reason.
All jewelcase are changed for new ones except very special ones or if quality is good to avoid marks scratches.
I ship ONLY to the adress and name provided by PayPal, never to another adress or name then please when you make a payment be sure everything is correct.

If a buyer place two orders and pay it is not possible to merge after this will be two parcels with two tracking numbers because Discogs do not authorize merge after payment and you made two payments we have to send two parcels because PayPal rules.

A buyer who request informations by email like pictures just to get a to buy outside Discogs is immediately blocked
If a item arrive damaged the buyer have to send back it within 7 days after delivery date for a refund or a replacement.
If the buyer don’t like the quality of a cd he has to send back for a refund.
Anyway for all problems the buyer must me within 7 days after receiving.
About jewelcase they are fragiles and not graded, only sleeve and cd's are graded in Discogs.
Buyer who buy and do not pay are definitely blocked.
Cancel of an order unpaid must be asked within 12 hours ONLY.
I do not merge orders after 24hours and only one merge is acceptable.
when the buyer pays I ship immediately in order to respect paypal and discogs regulations it is not possible to schedule a delivery or wait to ship or changing the order to add anything.
About yellowed paper or spine discolored by the time when this problem appear the sleeve is graded vg+ so ask before placing if this is a problem for you.
We can't merge order when one order is already paid sorry you have to use the cart if you want to buy multiple cds
To respect PayPal rules if you make multiple purchases with multiple paiements I have to send multiple parcels to have a tracking for every payment
It is not allowed to ask to ship to another country than the one of the Discogs order.
After payment I send immediately the parcels, I can't wait I do not wait a date sorry.
