Note on USA shipping: LP's/45's are shipped with USPS media mail from Champlain, NY - not expensive for multiple LP's, cost does not increase much - I ship using a broker through USPS, whereby I get charged an addt'l fee per parcel. The shipping price also includes the materials cost of brand new mailer, cardboard inners, plastic sleeve, but the cost still ends up being much less than Canada Post and includes tracking -- inquire if you require priority). I usually take my parcels out on Monday and Friday (so orders that go through Monday night may not go out until Friday). It may, very rarely, occur that I skip a ship day if I only have 1 or 2 parcels (my broker has a minimum); in this case, I will notify the buyer there will be a slight delay. As per new Paypal rules, they are no longer refunding fees on refunds. When processing refunds due to seller error, ie.: grading, damage in post, etc., I will refund the full amount including the original Paypal fees. However, I will not refund Paypal fees due to buyer error (ie.: buyer did not read full description, buyer remorse, or buyer listed wrong shipping address on Paypal payment). If you ask me to cancel your order and/or refund due to your own error, I reserve the right to block and do no further business with you, Also, to European/British customers -- I am not responsible for any customs charges you may incur. With Discogs new VAT collection at point of sale, I am electronically submitting VAT info through my shipping software, as well as attaching an invoice to the parcel, showing the VAT is paid already. But I cannot be responsible if your country's customs handles the parcel otherwise. Also note that orders above £135/€150 will require VAT remittance when you receive the parcel or at a pick up point, as Discogs does not collect those amounts at point of sale, as per VAT EU regulations. ***IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFO FOR CANADIANS -- PLEASE READ***: I am physically located in Canada, and ship to Canadians via Canada Post. I have selected United States as 'ship from' country as my parcels get taken by a broker to get mailed from a USPS post office. As Discogs has made Automatic Shipping Policies mandatory, I am not able to reflect accurate pricing for Canadian buyers, as there are no flat rates in Canada; Canada Post is priced by postal code/region. Furthermore, I am required by law to collect the relevant HST/GST -- since Discogs does not facilitate the collection of taxes from Canadian orders, the tax will be absorbed into the shipping cost, which is why the shipping cost field may seem higher than it should. ATTN: Canadian customers buying 45's For Canadians buying 45's under $30 by letter mail - there is no tracking number or insurance available with this service. If you elect to have your 45 shipped this way, I always keep proof of mailing, but I cannot be held responsible if it gets lost. That being said, with over 1000+ 45's mailed this way, I have yet to lose one.

**** All LP's & 45's are shipped in brand new record mailers with filler pads safely shipped outside their cover in the inner sleeve in an outer plastic sleeve. THERE IS A SMALL FEE ADDED INTO SHIPPING COSTS FOR THE BRAND NEW MAILERS AND PADS THAT I USE AS THESE ARE NOT FREE. There is always a chance however that I may use the odd recycled mailer for your order -- if it is very important for you to receive a brand new mailer, please me when you place your order. Orders must be shipped to the address on the PayPal payment ****

Higher priced items may require ed shipping at a higher cost. Buyers with low score (i.e. 15 or less) or negative resulting from chargebacks may require ed shipping, and if you have an excessive amount of the latter, I may choose not to do business with you.
I am not responsible for loss / damage to uninsured parcels once they have left my hands at the post office. Grading on items in most cases will be a visual grading, as with the amount of items listed, it is not possible to play-grade everything. Very minor defects such as a slight warp (that does not affect play), tiny label wear or spindle marks, small rub wear, bb holes on 45 labels and tiny remnants of stickers, etc, may not be noted, so if these small details are important to you, please ask before ordering. All parcels are packaged carefully in new mailers with an A+ level of professionalism. If you require insurance and/or tracking, please ask for this service and I will let you know how much it costs. A note on original inner sleeves/lyric insert - if a disc contains an original inner sleeve it will be mentioned. I will not make note of missing inner sleeves/lyric inserts. I do not hold orders for customers (ie.: 'please ship on such and such date', or 'please hold my order while I browse your catalog some more') unless mutually agreed upon and a definitive timeline has been established. I reserve the right to ship an order or cancel an order when a buyer skirts these .

RETURNS: I am happy to accept returns on items where a mistake has been made -- please advise within 7 days of receipt and we can take it from there.
If a mistake has indeed been made, I will refund in full including initial shipping cost. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Sealed items must be returned sealed. I grade media on sealed items as MINT, however it is always possible a factory sealed item may have a defect. After you have paid for a sealed item, you may ask me to open it to it is clean. For parcels that get returned to me due to buyer error, i.e.: failure to pick up a parcel at post office or supplying correct shipping address, there is a 20% restocking fee.

LOST MAIL POLICY

Lost mail is extremely rare -- in my many years of mail order and thousands are parcels sent I have lost only but a few -- but slow mail is unfortunately much more frequent in the post-pandemic age. Most domestic packages are sent Media Mail which is a special low-cost class for sending books and records. But that low cost is because Media Mail is 4th class mail. It is allowed to sit while other mail classes (Express, Priority, 1st, etc) move past it. In my experience, most media mail packages will deliver anywhere in the country in about a week or two, but a small percentage will take multiple weeks. And increasingly I'm seeing packages, Media Mail as well as Priority, stuck in a status of "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item" for several days or even longer, and many times this due to parcels not getting counter scanned at the PO. This might look like I am sitting on your package, but I assure you, I am not. I send tracking numbers once I've created the label, and the parcel is dropped in most cases 1 or 2 days later. If Media Mail is not for you or if you require a counter scan, then please message me before ordering to inquire about a faster service, but it will be more expensive, sometimes much more so. And even Priority Mail and 1st Class are not guaranteed services and might be slower than d. With all of that said, I will refund you 100% including shipping cost if a package has not been delivered in 45 days in the USA or 60 days worldwide. This policy does not apply to 45's sent in Canada by letter mail.
