GRADING
I aim to grade all items as accurately as possible. Audio and visual is rechecked upon order. If I notice a discrepancy between the item and the condition it has been graded at, I will you before the item is shipped.

PAYMENT METHOD
I accept payment via PayPal. Alternative options available for local collection.

PACKAGING
I pack LPs using strong cardboard box packaging with stiffeners for extra protection. The records will be packed outside the sleeve to prevent seam splits.

LOCAL COLLECTION
Available in Amsterdam only. For local pick up me and we can arrange a pickup solution.

POSTAGE
Buyers are responsible for all postage costs. The total cost of postage is calculated by the total weight of all items purchased with a small surcharge to cover the cost of packaging. The weight guidelines we use are based off the Discogs average weight: 12"/ 1LP - 230. Ask me for shipping costs for your country.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please ensure your Discogs delivery address is correct before you order - This is where I will send your order - Not the PayPal delivery address.

DAMAGES & RETURNS
Any damages should be reported within 7 days. Photo evidence may be required to help with claims etc. Damage to parcel should be photographed on receipt. If the item has been damaged in transit, please let me know as soon as possible so that we can work out a solution. Items will be refunded if I receive the item back so it is advised to send the package with tracked postage. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
