Please note that the seller (which is me) cannot be held responsible if a package is lost or damaged during shipment. If you prefer a secured or ed delivery, please choose tracked shipping. Please note that tracking is compulsory starting from a selling price of €50. I use three shipping agents: Belgian post (Bpost), Dutch post (PostNL) and, for some countries, Mondial Relay.
For Belgian buyers: I have decided to remove the option to remove the option to ship to a postal point (postpunt/point d'enlèvement) in my shipping methods, but I can still send to a postal point. Please place your order and get in touch with me before proceeding to payment (or get in touch beforehand), so I can manually adapt the shipping costs.
Please note that I ship in specially designed record box and I will add bubble wrap paper and an extra piece of cardboard to ensure that the record cannot be crushed during shipment. I do my best to grade the records as accurately as possible (Goldmine standards) and get records to their destination as quickly as I can. If you feel there is a discrepancy between the record grading and the actual product or if you’re dissatisfied in any other way, please me before starting a negative procedure.
