12" & 10" vinyl will be shipped in a rectangular box to ensure damage free delivery. We use a combination of Bags Unlimited Mighty Music Mailers and Whiplash shipping boxes with outer crush zones.
7" vinyl will be shipped in a 7" box with cardboard stiffeners / bubble wrap / air pillow padding.
Used records are shipped in new MOFI or equivalent inner sleeves, placed outside the jacket w/ a new 3mil outer sleeve.
New/Sealed records are shipped as such. We can open the records and ship them outside the jackets upon request, but will not issue refunds on new/sealed records that have been opened.
If the buyer is not satisfied with their purchase, we will consider a full or partial refund. However, buyer will be responsible for shipping the item back if required. We will reimburse for shipping if dissatisfaction is due to seller's error or quality issue.
