- Shipping in a strong cardboard package or in a package with bubblewrap plastic. All our records will be shipped separated from the cover to prevent it from seam splits during transit.
- Records & CD's will be cleaned if necessary, CD's are given a new case if necessary (original cases with imprints on or maxi-single CD's below 5€ will not be replaced).
- All items containing special inserts, innersleeves, posters, stickers, cases with imprints,.. will have this included, ONLY if they are mentioned in the describtion ! If not in there, please ask if they are included (and may have forgotten to mention).
- Be sure that your Paypal address is the same as the address where you want to receive your order.
- After we have received your payment it will be marked in Discogs as "Payment received" and within 2 working days your order will be shipped to you.
- If a package arrives damaged (by transit) you are obligated to send pictures within 7 days as proof, returning the item without pictures of damaging will result in no refund. These pictures are needed to open a claim & to get a full refund!
