I will always do my best to get your order out to you in a timely manner. Generally everything gets mailed within a day or so but please allow up to 2 or 3 days for items to be shipped. I am an army of one (not a large store) and work a hectic full time schedule (other than selling records) and sometimes can only get to post office every couple of days.

I am relatively new to Discogs as a seller but have almost 2500 positive s on eBay https://www.ebay.com/usr/the.ephemera.artery and have only sold mail-order records in the past. Time to try selling on a different platform. All Discogs items are available and in stock until sold and order placed. I do not sell on cross-platforms (meaning never same item for sale at the same time on different sites).

I am a private collector based in New York City, selling from my personal collection, not a store, and definitely not looking to screw over fellow collectors.

All prices are in US dollars and are not open to offers. ALL PRICES ARE FIRM (Please do not message me with offers or requests for discounts - I will NOT respond). All items shipped US Media Mail unless otherwise specified (Priority, Overnight, Insurance, etc..for extra cost to buyer). Multiple items can be combined for discounted shipping rate. Double items count as 2 items. Oversize items (box sets, etc...) may be slightly more.Tracking is included for all domestic packages and I will as soon as information becomes available. Customer is responsible for paying shipping.

There may be instances where the international shipping cost given is inaccurate and additional charges may be added after order has been placed and/or paid for. Sometimes I go to mail a package and method of shipment isn't offered at that time and have to ship at higher cost due to specific restrictions (Covid-19, etc..) going to that country.

Please DO NOT ask me to lower my prices or offer discounts due to the high VAT or tax imposed within your own country. Perhaps try researching drop-shipping carriers for lower rates.

Shipping address MUST MATCH shipping address in Paypal. I will not ship to an address other than the address listed on Paypal for your order. Changing an address in Paypal renders buyer/seller protection null and void, thus this policy benefits all parties.

Regarding SEALED items: I'm happy to carefully open the shrink wrap, remove the record and ship record outside of the sleeve to prevent sleeve splits. If you don't state a preference, I'll assume you prefer the record remain sealed, in which case I'm not to be held responsible for any splitting that may occur. For SEALED NEW items: I am not able to do anything about manufacturer defects and will not offer refunds or returns on those; your best bet is to reach out to the record label for a replacement. Thanks for understanding.

All open items will be shipped outside the sleeve to avoid seam splits in transit (except SEALED items: see above). I will always try to include a new or clean outer poly sleeve with each record. Everything will be sent in packaging designed for safe and secure travel with cardboard fillers and/or bubblewrap inside. I want everything to arrive to you in the condition as I have described and how I sent it. Also, I want it to get to you as if I were receiving the package myself. Packed well and with care. I like buying records and receiving them too. Furthermore, I cannot guarantee how it will be transported by USPS. That's all.

BOX SETS + OVERSIZED items / Shipping costs to be determined

Please note: I do not have time to play grade every item. Everything is strictly visually graded. My grading is as accurate and honest as I can be (most times super conservatively). I strive to only sell items both playable and visually positive. I would never sell an item without first describing in detail the problems (if such) associated with its condition. Also, I do not grade generic label sleeves (with or without info title sticker).

I have taken wonderful care of my records throughout the years and many of them have been stored safely around on shelves unplayed (if ever) and are still in almost perfect condition.

As harsh as this may seem, If you are super nit picky and a pain in the ass to deal with, please shop elsewhere. If you cannot understand or don't agree with my policies, please do not order from me. There are definitely other sellers on Discogs with far more tolerance.

In hindsight, I am very easy to deal with and only wish for a smooth and easy transaction and I would be glad to answer any questions should you have one, take and send requested pictures etc......

Also one more thing, If you are receiving a message saying "you do not meet this seller's minimum buyer rating requirements", please me. Happy to make exceptions once I check out your .
