Shipping is calculated automatically by Discogs, and this occasionally produces an incorrect result. If the amount you have been invoiced appears wrong, please us before paying, and we will check/amend the shipping charge. If the shipping charge calculated by Discogs is too low, we will correct this, or if already paid, we will issue an additional invoice.
If you would like to check shipping charges before committing to buy, please place your order, then send us a message requesting we confirm the shipping charge. If you are not happy with it, you will be free to cancel or change your order.
Orders are normally shipped and despatched within one working day of receiving payment.
Orders under £30 are sent by standard post. If you would like a low value order sent tracked signed-for, please us before paying. Orders of £30 or over can only be sent tracked signed-for.

We accept payment by Paypal, by Cash Deposit into our RBS , by Bitcoin, or by Cash on Collection.
Cash by post is also acceptable, but entirely at the buyer's risk.
Please ensure your correct address is shown both on Discogs and on Paypal. Under Paypal rules, we are obliged to send to the address shown on their payment page. If you would like us to send to a different address, please add this to Paypal as an alternative delivery address BEFORE paying.
All our descriptions are correct at the time of listing. However, Discogs do allow people to merge listings, or to change images and other information after items have already been listed. We take no responsibility for this, and if you are looking for a particular version, please do check before buying.
All our stock graded VG or better is free from major defects, unless stated. Any problem, like writing, rips, cuts, tears, sticker marks, or other damage is mentioned separately.
All original sleeves are graded as normal, including company sleeves and plain white sleeves if the record was originally issued in one. If we do not have the original sleeve, it is listed as ‘generic’, and a description of the sleeve is shown in the comments.
PVC picture disc covers are graded only if they have stickers or printing on them, or if they are non-standard. Otherwise, they are listed as 'not graded'. We will use the original PVC cover if it is in an acceptable condition. If not, we will use a brand new cover.
With very few exceptions, records are graded visually, and we err on the side of caution. When grading the sleeve on cassettes and CDs, we only consider the J-cards, inserts and similar items, NOT the plastic casing itself. The only exception to this is where a case is of custom design, has cardboard components, or is made in a non-standard way that would make it hard to replace.
Buy with confidence. If you are not happy with your purchase we will offer an immediate refund. You will be responsible for the return postage and any non-refundable transaction fees we may have incurred, unless there has been a mistake on our part.
