Unfortunately.., because of the unprecedented & ridiculous, almost .. % Netherlands inflation level in these days, i have / had to up my shipping costs for some compensation for this.

I do not refund on missing parcels or damage through shipping when Standard Mail is what you prefer / choose.
Payment Received from you or a 3rd party for an order are assumed as legal and valid for this order.

When a parcel (your order) is returned to me in the condition as i have sent it, i only refund the listed price, not the postal costs,
A total refund is only possible when there's any mistake at my end in the shipping proces. (the wrong address / item, incorrect grading by me.)

After 14 days (starting with the orderdate!) without proper COMMUNICATION or REPLIES from the Buyer, when required by me, from you, the Buyer, concerning your order details, extra shipping costs etc., etc., your order will be cancelled. generating 1 negative for your Buyer .

Within the same 14 days, you can request, politely, a cancellation of your order, no problem, no negative for your Buyer will be generated.
With 1 exception, namely, when i have sent you images of an item you have ordered and you have not yet paid for that order and you then ask for a cancellation, 1 negative can be given for your order, when the images clearly confirm that the item ordered was d CORRECTLY by me..
Sounds complicated but i am selling items here, and not running a photo service.

Order wilth confidence, i always double-check the grading / d conditions BEFORE orders are shipped.
Immediate refunds offered & done when ordered items are incorrectly d / graded and the Buyer wants this.
The odd incorrect grading happens, but very rarely.

Buyers can ask for and get a cancellation just by requesting this on their Discogs Orderpage within 6 days from the actual orderdate, no problem, no reason needed, no negative given,
However, a repetition of this is NOT appreciated, it might cause negative !
However too.., if the ordered item is in the condition as d, a request for cancellation can cause 1 negative for that order.

100 Euro or more, orders containing multiple items might get a minimum 10 % discount on the listed total, NOT incl. shipping costs.
For some high value single/multiple item (s) orders, this Discount might not apply.., considering my Paypal costs, collectability, etc.
Sometimes i add a nice vinyl surprise, fitting the orders' content & weight range!
But i keep my options as a Seller open on the Discount subject

Please, note that i used to grade the media condition of my CD stock only after a proper playback check, practically this means that a CD could show (many) marks & little scratches and are still listed as VG+, not VG, i am not selling CD's that get stuck on my CD-player(s).
However, i can't claim or promise that it will play allright on every CD-player.
If needed, i will mention this in the written invoice, incl. a fitting Discount suggestion, so you will have the free choice to continue or request cancellation BEFORE any money changes hands!

Not ALL of my items are checked for playback quality, (this is practically impossible) you'll be informed if there's a difference in the gradings as d and the actual condition.
I'll check the playback quality after payment is done.
Glossy vinyl that appears NM or M excluded.
You'll be notified and offered a complete or partial refund (Buyers' Choice !) if the audio gradings as d are different from the actual condition.
Offcourse I check visually but there's always the possibility of bad pressings, nearly invisible damage and such.

Discogs "Offer" Rules;

1. A single buyer can only make 1 offer per item.
2. If a seller re-lists an item for sale at a different price a buyer that was previously declined can opt to make a new offer.
3. There can be multiple offers by different buyers on a single item at any given time.
4. While an offer is pending (not accepted) on an item that item may still be purchased by any buyer in the Marketplace.
5. Any questions regarding the item should be asked before making an offer.

A returnservice-included shipping can be done, a refund can only be given if the records return to me in the condition as described in the Discog's listing and the messages between buyer and seller.
However, when an order was not delivered/received, it usually returns without extra costs, this happens very rarely

Insurance & Postal issues take very long to resolve but are handled honest and serious by me.
Issues with gradings were dealt with honesty, one learns along the way..

My current (Per 1-4-2023) Seller-Buyer-rating is 100 % OK, 3851 ratings for my selling activities in over 6692 Discogs orders, one Buyer I had to disappoint, (with a botched sale where no money ever changed hands,..., it was a rare LP erroneously priced too low..)

Of course, no one is perfect, but mistakes i made or problems i caused, in the Selling area, i tried to set it right and come to a good conclusion.
