As of 2.05.24, our domestic shipping cost has gone up to $4.99 due to the USPS postage increase. We do still offer free shipping if your order reaches $40.00. Apologies if any older listings still reference our old shipping price. We are in the process of changing them individually. For pricier orders that ship free, if you want additional insurance or prefer you order to ship first class/priority, please let us know before you pay, and we will invoice you at cost.

We ship Monday through Friday (sometimes Saturday).

Orders dispatch within 2 business days.

When it says shipped, we actually ship, not create a label and take it to the post office later in the week. Note: sometimes our carrier will pick up and not immediately scan packages. Rest assured, your order is on the way and will get a departure scan at the local hub or airport.

We will consider all REASONABLE offers (emphasis on reasonable). If you bid on a lower priced item, make sure your order reaches the minimum for sale.

Pictures available upon request, so be sure to include your email address. If you want pictures of a lower priced item, save your message, we will not respond.

We list all items/extras that the item comes with (eg. original inner, OBI, poster, etc.) If it is not listed, please ask. If we miss something, it's probably because it escaped our notice, so apologies ahead of time and please reach out and we will do our best to amend the situation.

Domestic shipping is $5.00 for Media Mail shipping. Compact discs are a flat rate, LP's are .50 extra per disc. Free domestic shipping for orders over $40.00. Be advised that mixed media orders may compromise packaging.

If you wish for First Class/Priority shipping, please choose at checkout. For overnight, or 1-3 day service, please let us know beforehand and we will invoice you an at cost shipping quote. Please inquire about insurance before paying invoice, especially for higher priced items. We will quote you an at cost price. Due to the rate increase as of June 2024, most Priority orders will be shipped as First Class.

Due to the USPS international rate increase, our shipping prices are as follows:

International shipping is $35.00 for LP's. Additional LP albums are $4.00 extra per disc. $21.00 for CD, DVD and BLU RAY. (box sets differ by weight). Additional items are $2.00 extra (for CD's, DVD's and BLU RAY's). VAT and any import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

All orders come with tracking and packaged securely.

We will hold the order for up to 4 days maximum awaiting payment. If you do not communicate that a payment will be on the way, we will send an invoice reminder. If there is still no communication regarding payment, your order will be cancelled at 4 days and negative will be left. All unpaid invoices with no communication will have the item re-listed after 24 hours, so if it sells, your order will be cancelled. , you are pulling an item out of stock that someone else could want/use, so keep that in mind.

Larger orders can take longer to pick, clean and process.
All records are checked & cleaned before shipping.

Due to the logistics involved with international shipping, returns are at your own cost and must be trackable. All returns (unless wrong item sent) shipping is on the buyer to and from.

If you would like your order insured, please inquire before paying your invoice.

Problem with your order? Reach out. We will try our best to go above and beyond. Tone is important, so don't be the "I want to speak to the manager" guy. We will be of no help to you.

VINYL GRADING: We stand by our grading principles. For older listings that may have been handled since being listed, we will let you know if there is a change in condition before shipment to find a solution.

Mint (M):
Perfect in every way. Never been played, possibly even still sealed. Usually new stock direct from the record label.

Near Mint (NM/M-):
A nearly perfect record, might have extremely minor scuffs from removal of vinyl from sleeve and should not affect play. Sleeve may have the finest crease or very light wear only.

Very Good + (VG+):
The record will show some signs of wear and have slight scuffs & may have extremely light surface noise on quite parts.Sleeve may have slight seam splits & creasing only.

Very Good (VG):
Surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft ages & intro with multiple fine scuffs but will not overpower the music otherwise. Sleeve may have tape repair to seem splits,creases, stickers on & discoloration.

Good+ (G+):
The record will have significant surface noise and many light scratches and visible groove wear but is still a playable copy with limited, if any skipping. Sleeve will be heavily worn with tape repair to rips etc and heavy discoloration.

Poor (P), Fair (F):
The record is cracked, badly warped, and won't play through without skipping or repeating. The picture sleeve is water damaged, split on all three seams and heavily marred by wear and writing. The LP cover barely keeps the LP inside it.

Generic sleeve = any sleeve/cover which is not the original.

DISC GRADING:

The same as vinyl. Sleeve grading is not reflective of jewel case condition. Unless the jewel case is singular to the release, we will do our best to provide a new case for all M/NM sleeves.

8 TRACK and SHELLAC GRADING:

Shellac and 8 Tracks are sight graded as we do not have the respective players.

SOC: Sticker on cover
WOC: Writing on cover
WOL: Writing on label
MTHBICSPTS: My tummy hurts, but I can still play the saxophone (rarely used)

All authorized returns due to customer error (wrong format purchased/changed mind, etc.) must be in the same condition as sent and return postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer. For these types of returns, postage (to and from) PayPal and Discogs partnering fees are non-refundable, as they are not refunded to us. Items sold sealed are not returnable if opened. We do not issue partial refunds. On order cancellations before shipment, we do not refund PayPal and Discogs partnering fees, as they are not refunded to us. We DO NOT engage in grading disputes. As we are the seller, we trust our grading practices.
